We liked the decor and atmosphere, with lots of green. Clean and safe area. Had a delicious fish dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was great. Hotel next to a supermarket with amazing selection of cheeses and fresh produce, as well as award winning bakery with divine cakes! Also, Parking (with surveillance) included at no extra cost. If in Clermont Ferrand again, we are definitely choose this hotel again

1. Empty hand soap dispenser, so used the shampoo/body wash in the shower. Extractor barely worked so kept the bathroom door open. 2. Small pillows.and too few. I am used to 2 per person. No headboard just plank of plywood but no cushions, either. Husband hit his head hard on the shelf on the "bed board" where the headboard should have been. 3. The layout of the breakfast buffet was confusing. People were looking around trying to fiind where things were, which were in 5 different locations.

Breakfast was pretty good, they could have used more fresh fruits. The fact that there was a hotel restaurant was a definite plus. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We even requested and got a room with a view.

The location being a good spot to stop for the night after a drive from the southern French coast was a positive factor, although it wasn't as near the autoroute as we thought. It was also a bit tricky getting back out and on our way northward due to construction. We stopped for gas and finding freeway access took us out of our way and out onto the countryside.

Lovely clean hotel, great night's sleep. Busy hotel, but rooms were quiet, and could not hear anything outside, so had a great night's sleep. Highly recommend, just off the motorway, perfect location as we were on our way back to the UK, and after 8 hours of driving, it's nice to quickly get off the motorway and into a bed lol Free hot drinks, too, much appreciated x Lovely large bathroom with a power shower exceeded our expectations!

For breakfast you have a rich choice of things and in the evening you can also have a good dinner at the same place. The rooftop bar on top of the hotel is really extraordinary and in itself a reason to book the hotel. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.

The hotel isn't located in the center of CF, to go downtown you have to take the car. It's surrounded by highways an shopping malls, very busy, but due to a good noise insulation you can nevertheless sleep well.

Easy to find, loads of parking. There are nice little touches in the foyer and common areas and it feels like it has all been considered. The jewel in the crown is the restaurant on the rooftop. The hotel might appear underwhelming as you approach - but the rooftop restaurant really does celebrate the views of the mountains and the city. Perfect at sundown. Good access to an amazing bakery and fresh food supermarket across the parking lot.

It seemed visually underwhelming as we approached, a large truck parking lot dominates all you can see. The building itself is quite bland, but as you get to your room and you look out the elevation makes it better - especially the roof restaurant.

Nice big room, very clean and tidy. Bathroom was large and clean.

We arrived hungry and had chosen this hotel because it had a restaurant attached. Unfortunately it was closed which at 20.00 on a Saturday night was a surprise and a disappointment. We did however find John & Jules burgers close by and that turned out to be a good decision! At the time of writing there are numerous road works around the hotel that made following sat nav instructions a bit tricky, but none of that is the fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was a bit weak Powdered egg for scrambled egg is a big no no , come on guys Also leaving one member of staff to deal with breakfast duties on the weekend is unacceptable

Not the most child friendly hotel. Sharp edges in breakfast room, limited highchairs. Lots of traveling business people who seemed annoyed by the sound of children. And minimal parking. It was busy in the evening with people at the bar nextdoor

The hotel itself is excellent and the rooms first class.

Breakfast is totally chaotic. The breakfast bar is far too small and one coffee machine means you have to queue. When I arrived the fruit juice had run out, the scrambled eggs had ran out and the jam pots were empty. Plus they had ran out of plates and cups. It’s a pity breakfast is so chaotic because the hotel itself is fabulous. In addition the charge for breakfast was 10 Euro per person. Certainly not worth it when you have to queue and wait for breakfast plates to be refreshed.

Easy location for the A75, lovely decor, the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was a dream

I personally found the bed too hard, it is a personal choice and some people prefer it like that, for me it was too firm.
