Very good hotel to stay for 1-2 nights. Clean, comfortable, quiet. We've seen few people working - everybody was ready to help and nice. Breakfast was nice. Overall, super strong 3-stars. Dining area is open all the time, so you can grab a drink in the bar (yes, there is a bar) or bring yours and spend some time playing some games (they are also available). Location is nice by car - a bit far from center, but depends on your travel objectives.

if you're not by car, the location could be a bit far from the city center. Wi-fi works a bit strange - it disconnects you after some time and you should reconnect yourself.

Good practical hotel. Ideal for a short stay in Clermont Ferrand. The hotel has good parking facilties on site. The rooms were simple but clean and had good wifi. They also have AC which is good as central France can be very hot in summer. We found the staff friendly. It is around a 40 minute walk to town (of course quicker if you take the tram or drive somewhere). Breakfast was relatively good too.

Breakfast was very busy but this could not be helped really- it was a popular time to stay !

Everything was very practical and pleasant. The bed and shower were both excellent, the car park well protected and the breakfast was perfect - as good as in many a high class hotel. Everything had been well thought out which made our stopover problem free. The staff were helpful and pointed us towards a good restaurant 2 minutes away. We were able to continue on our journey really refreshed.

It is not a place full of charm but we were not expecting that.

Clean and comfortable room at a good price point. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the in-room kettle and tea. Parking was easy--right next to the hotel. It's just a few minutes walk to the tram that takes you into town. The breakfast buffet included eggs, bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries.

The shower doors could not be closed in a secure enough way to prevent leaking all over the floor. Also the internet was a bit spotty as was the satellite tv.

Excellent value for money, very comfy bed, great price, nice breakfast with a spacious room, flexible check in policy, bar open until late, nice staff and water bottles to go for buying:). Certainly one of the best options for a stopover on a trip, including the parking for free at the property.

It's a few minutes away from the highway but nothing bad. An option of two single beds would be a plus. Great place!

Clean functional rooms. Helpful staff. Able to walk to local cafe and restaurants. Handy for the tram into city centre and only a short drive to Clermont airport. Our baby cot got lost on the flight there and staff pulled out the stops to locate us a backup which was much appreciated.

Slightly 'sterile' interior but this was to be expected given the price and room description. We were very happy with our stay overall and the room exceeded our expectations for the cost.

Given a disabled room so shower did not hook up high on the wall, very difficult to use and as wet room whole floor full of water Could hear water running the whole time we were there which was not in our room so bit noisy?

Staff are really friendly, breakfast is a good selection, rooms are quiet. and very good value for money. There is a bar on site but no restaurant, nearest one is only around the corner so you have everything you need here. Snacks and drinks are available to purchase at reception too. There is a lift but it's quite slow.

Very good place. Beds super comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and parking is safe. We travel a lot between Switzerland and Spain so for sure we will stay more often.

The breakfast is super nice but it would be nice to see more fruits options or at least Some fruits as for some vegetarians it will be a struggle. Also things like Oat milk would be a great bonus otherwise all great !

This is a great place! It's in town, but with PLENTY of free, off- street parking. The bed was big and comfy, the bathroom clean and with everything in it. 24/7 reception, i think, and the girl behind was the world's most efficient. Even through the night, there was someone there throughout our stay. Book with confidence!
