This is the second Aiden Hotel near a train station I stayed at on this trip. They each were unique, trying to meet the needs of train travelers, working professionals, and other guests. This one tried to put everything in the lobby. A co-working area. The restaurant demarcated by a rope. Staff eating area. Breakfast area. It is unusual but it seemed to work. Partly because their staff has been trained well and are professional and efficient. And they have been taught to smile. They make everything more pleasant. It is about a ten minute walk to the train station. But the sidewalks are rough and patched asphalt which is challenging for rolling luggage. The breakfast was very good. The dinner in the lobby restaurant seating area was also very good. There is a bar in the lobby area also and again it was well run. They are able to meet the needs of the older train travelers who show up at 6:31 for breakfast and the remote workers who meet for hours at the long table in the lobby to "work".

There is a significant problem with this hotel. Even though they offer expensive paid parking there is nowhere to park at the hotel when you arrive to check in and unload. You have to hope there is an open spot nearby at the curb. And since you don't know that when you arrive the first time you may end up going around a long busy confusing loop of one way streets to come back around to take any street parking spot within a block or two before you get back to the hotel. They have blocked off a small parking lot at the hotel which could work for temporary check-in parking. This can be very frustrating. Especially if you have driven any distance to get there and are tired.

My room was nice, cosy and clean. Shower gel, tissues and some other attention. I've been advised to park somewhere around for free so that's great, I saved 12 euros :). Overall, It was good for one night.

I don't know how works the SPA but my key card didn't allow me the access to the SPA, I assume you have to pay extra to get there (such as a massage), not sure? The coffee machine was broken also. I don't feel confortable reaching out to the Staff since I expect everything is supposed to work fine already.

A lovely hotel with a very large family room ( 2 plus 2 children). Lovely to relax after a long day of driving. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar but it looked fab. We did the 10min walk into town for dinner and drinks. Perfect location. Excellent parking.

Our children were disappointed not to be able to use the pool but we understand it is a spa rather than leisure pool.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who offered to make reservations for us at the hotel restaurant, which we gladly accepted (as we'd been driving 2 days straight already, we did not feel up to going into the city center that night). Also, at breakfast one of the waiters really went out of his way to help us, and we had a lovely chat with him (too bad I never asked his name for he definitely deserves some extra credit!) Food was good (both at breakfast and at dinner), though mostly at dinner there were some pretty long waiting times (see below)

At the restaurant, during dinner, we had to wait almost half an hour before someone came to our table to tell us they no longer had the bottle of wine we ordered. Luckily, the waitress could recommend us another bottle (which coincidentally was at the same price as the previously ordered bottle....???) In general, service was slow all night. We had to wait several times for our table to be served while we saw other tables, that had arrived later than us, being helped much faster.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of 2 communicating rooms for a family of 4, the practicality and safety of the underground parking.

On the down side, the buffet breakfast is overpriced with limited selections, often dishes and silverware were dirty or wet coming out of the dishwasher, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and was not responsive enough to replenish the buffet.

The place design is very nice, the staff very welcoming and the breakfast is worth the money. Spa is also great, nice colors and warmed staff.

The junior suite was not as expected, we hoped for a better separation between beds so it was expensive for the value.

The staff were brilliant. Really helpful and polite. Parking was easy and was offered a free drink at the bar and also free mini bar. Just water and other soft drinks though. A worked a charm in the heat.

It's a little further out of town than Id like but not too bad.

I was very happy with the room and breakfast. The staff were friendly and very polite. My wife is vegan and doesn't expect much choice in France, but there was vegan yoghurt for the fresh fruit, a choice of breads and condiments and the staff even got her oatmilk for her coffee, she was very impressed.

We didn't like the fact that you have to pay €12 per night to park in the hotels private carpark, it's attached to the hotel, so surely this should be included in the nightly rate.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and convenient for the purpose of our stay. The underground parking was just as well. The Spa looked amazing, on our next stay I hope to get a chance to use it.

The room service/evening food menu is very limited. There was a lack of toiletries already in the room.

Convenient city centre business hotel with parking. Room comfortable with A/C. Dinner in the restaurant was good with well organised service.

Breakfast was a shambles. Understaffed, dirty dishes on nearly all tables at 0820. Hot food had run out and many other items needed replenishment. Once the restaurant manager appeared at 0850 things got better.
