Location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Secure parking but only if you request it. Pet friendly. Elevator to ease access.

AC did not work for our room. Decor looks old and tired. No hooks for towels. Reception is awkward for travellers, between 2pm and pm until 5:30 pm. There is no reception, so call and get access code during those hours. Staff was friendly and tried their best to facilitate, especially when our room door access card did not work, including the spare one. Unfortunately, this happened during the no reception hours! So it was painful for both us ( very hot waiting for help), and for the receptionist who had to come during non reception hours!

Small central hotel, location perfect for us. There are a few parking spaces inside the courtyard, one of which the staff took the trouble to reserve for us and that made our stay even more secure and convenient. Finally, I left a jacket behind and the hotel staff (thanks Morgane!) very kindly posted it to me here in the UK.

Flooring peeling off in a few places. But otherwise clean and fine.

Location was great. Hotel has elevator. Comfortable bed. The room was clean as well as the facilities.

The room was freezing specifically when sleeping. They have a heating system but cold air circulated at the bottom of the room near the floor so when sleeping you can really feel it even with max heat in the room. Bathroom was small, could barely fit my hand in the sink to wash.

Great location, the lady at reception was so friendly and nice. Would highly recommend, ther breakfast although extra was very good. The only negative was the entrance to car park, very tight but doable. Would stay again if in the vicinity.
