Closeness to the old city, the excellent breakfast , having a chair and a stool in the room , the staff and the fantastic value for money

Having a bath instead of a walk-in shower. On-site parking was not available, although underground public parking was available at close distance.

Heating is based on AC...and when it's -7 outside it's not the most convenient heating system Breakfasts were a bit expensive (15 euros) moreove it most of the products were sweet (croissants, jam, etc) and few salty (omelettes, sausages)...however there was a big amount of everything but I missed more salty products

I got a room on the top floor with balcony and an amazing view. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in walking distance to everything in town

Staff at check in were all gen Z'ers. Although they were pleasant and polite, they all lacked customer service and communication skills and seemed at a loss as to how to deal with customers. Especially when dealing with the parking lot. But all of that did not effect my overall view on the hotel.

Have visited before and like the hotel as it’s well located and it has off street parking.

Unfortunately the wifi wasn’t working I highlighted this to reception staff who said there was a wifi problem but gave no resolution to when it might be fixed obviously a more serious fault that was out of their hands.

Booked at the last minute as we needed somewhere for a stop over stay, and this is a perfect example of why we use Booking.com We arrived late in the afternoon/early evening so thought we might get a better deal booking with the hotel direct. Amazingly, this wasn’t the case the price of the room at the hotel on the night was nearly £45.00 more that what we could get on Booking.com. This might have been due to the fact that it was a bank holiday weekend. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and checked us in with ease. Our room was of a decent size and whilst basic, was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. There was secure parking, which was great for €15. The receptionist told us that there was free parking across the road if we preferred. We opted for the hotel parking as we had a car full of stuff that we could leave in the car. We found a great restaurant in the square which was only a short walk from the hotel called La Faisan Dore, were the food was great and the service was really good.

The pillows could have been better

Central location, convenient for transport to airport and elsewhere. Comfortable room and bed, with plenty of hanging space and kettle for hot drinks. Very good breakfast and charming staff.

Plug in hand basin didn’t close at all. The bath plug had to be pulled out by hand to drain the bath. The underside of the toilet seat had not been thoroughly cleaned. ☹️

The location was great. We didn't really know much about Clermont-Ferrand but this hotel was well located to see the city and the surrounding countryside. We were able to park both our motorbikes in a single place in the secure parking which was fantastic. Breakfast was good with the first hot options during our entire trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Muzak in the lift was a bit meh and very repetitive but that's really searching for something not to like.

I liked the freshness and variety of the breakfast foods. It's very close to the city centre and tram stops.

I had booked one of the lower-priced rooms, so the small size was not a surprise. Still, it would have been better if advertised for just one person. It's difficult when two people use the room.

Ideal location , good parking available on site at an additional cost , our stay at both this Kyriad and another from the Kyriad Group at Avignon have been at a good standard , we will certainly stay at either another time

Everything at the standard we expected

Excellent location, next to the city center where several main attractions can be found. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and quiet room, delicious breakfast, digital TV with numerous channel options and all that at an excellent room rate.

There was no fridge and mirror in the room.
