Our bed was very comfortable, the room was small but pleasant. The bar and restaurant are nice however we did not eat, just a couple beers. We were unfortunately put next to the 2nd floor exit door and all night it didn't stop but we managed to sleep. The tv was nice but no shows spoke our language even if you converted the language in the settings, no big deal here though. Perfect access to local attractions by foot yet doesn't put you in the hussle and cramp areas or large crowds on foot if you are driving, in other words you can get in and out easily by car. No complaints, I would stay again for sure.

I don't understand why there are no wash cloths in French hotels, or at least the ones we stayed at. I guess they are not a thing in France. Parking can be an issue but that's all over France.

I couldn't fault the hotel, staff, room and facilities, all first class.

Being stung for a €30 euro parking fee. I was towing a trailer so needed a secure parking space and the underground parking provided that. However, I was expecting clear location instructions and wasn't expecting to be charged €30! Also I didn't realise breakfast wasn't included. When I originally looked through booking.com the price was €50. On arrival I was billed and paid over €120. Unacceptable!

The check in staff were very pleasant - the room was big and the bed was comfortable - there were robes in the room which I always love!

The phone did not appear to work (and there was no indication as to what to dial to get hold of reception - I did try every single number to no avail) and so disappointingly in order to order room service I did have to go down to reception to place my order. The staff were very apologetic however and I had no other complaints.

Hotel is conveniently located in the city, within a 10 walking distance to the town center with many restaurants and supermarkets. The Maison de la culture bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel which is very convenient with many buses stopping there, including two shuttle buses going to different scenic areas. Hotel itself was nicely decorated, clean and staff was nice and forthcoming. They stored our luggage for us on day of arrival and departure. Will stay here again next time.

The breakfast is overpriced at 19euros.

The hotel was lovely and the lady on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. We were travelling on motobikes and did advise we could leave them near reception free of charge we we opted to pay for the secure underground car park. we were quickly parked and in our room. The room was lovely and big enough for all of our bike gear. The breakfast the next morning was gorgeous.

Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the option of room service is plus. We also appreciated the later check-in time (12).

The only negative point is the parking. Not being able to park at your hotel is very annoying. They offer private parking but you have to pay like 15€ per night. We chose to park in the street, very easy to find parking space 2-4 mins walk from the hotel and we spent 15€ for the parking for the entire trip.

The whole hotel was really great . Especially the beds we had the best nights sleep for a long while!

Stating that there was parking on site. Nut saying in the blurb that this was on a first come first served basis. Ny husband is disabled and it took us 45 minutes to walk 300 yards! Then the sane when we returned to the car!

Very comfortable room with a tea kettle and a mini-fridge. Helpful staff. Hotel is not far from the tram. Nice breakfast selection.

Not knowing Clermont-Ferrand very well, it seems that the hotel is located in a business district so the neighborhood isn't very charming, but a short walk shopping and restaurants.

Perfectly situated for the maison de la culture. Room was large, classy, and well appointed. Staff was very helpful. The essentially round the clock bar and the long breakfast hours were ideal.

Not lots of amenities (fitness room and sauna are pretty meager), and lobby is small, but otherwise great.

Breakfast was great with lots of choice, even with gluten free bread. Easy access to tram into the centre and free parking on Sundays

When we booked, we requested a quiet room away from the main road. But were given exactly the opposite. I asked to change but was told such requests needed to be done in advance by phone. Totally ridiculous.
