The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Great location close to public transport and eating areas. The staff were exceptional, friendly and spoke excellent English. Really great place that suited our needs.

Nothing to do about the property. There was a fair amount of road construction and renewal happening as the area around the hotel is fairly new. Our guess was that the public transport system was being newly done which will be an even better option to choose this location… not a dislike at all!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable for the price. It's very handy for my visits to the hospital which is minutes away. Local boulangerie and Eat Salad on the doorstep. Only half an hour easy walk to Clermont centre and minutes to the rugby stadium and local shops, bars and food outlets.

There is a lot of construction work in Clermont at the moment, which will really enhance this area but it does start early morning and the road diversions around the hotel and hospital are forever changing. This is, however, for the greater good and it would not stop me from staying here.

good layout of the room, even for a longer stay, all very clean, comfy beds! :) we definetely could stay there again, especially after the works around the hotel are done :)

the breakfast could be improved with better quality of croissants/pain au chocolat (qhat we had, were quite gummy, not exactly what a French would consider suitable) the instructions to reach to hotel/parking could be clearer (the signalistic near CHU Estaing dropping point, as well as instructions given to customers - in our case through Booking.com, both the explanations and the attached map, too schematic to give a good idea what to do once on spot)

The hotel is fresh and airy. There is a salad bar type cafe( which was good value) next door to hotel and a lovely cafe at the end of the road. Very dog friendly. Staff absolutely brilliant. Good selection for breakfast. Our room was bright, a good size, very clean and soundproof. We never heard any of the guests when the door was closed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was finding the hotel after we had been sightseeing. We had 3nights as we were visiting the volcanic region and found it a nightmare navigating through the city to the hotel due to diversions and road works. However, this was not the hotels fault!

We had a stopover in this city, so we didn't care about the location that much (in fact, we wanted to avoid city centre). Instructions about the parking have been sent to us in advance. The parking garage is around the corner. The price was just awesome (60 Euro for 2 adults and 1 teen). Didn't take breakfast. Check-in and checkout were fast, the staff spoke fluent English.

The hotel was renamed but on booking it still has the old name. Because of this we had troubles finding the hotel entrance wandering around with our luggage.

Clean hotel, nice staff, helpful. Very quiet. Good beds and had a great sleep. I would stay again.

A bit too far from the centre but I guess I should have checked this. However, something that can be addressed by the management, is the breakfast. Very poor. Only one type of ham, one of cheese, no hot options like eggs or bacon, something warm. I wouldn't choose the breakfast next time. Very poor and doesn’t worth the money.

Hotel was perfectly situated for a medical appointment in the hospital across the road. It's a recent build, and very clean and modern. Comfortable, friendly, calm, parking is easy and cheap and breakfast is fine. Bedding is new and perfectly clean (I inspected it). All good. Also there are two food places next door: a boulangerie and a salad/pasta bar with lots of options. Both reasonably priced. Far better than I expected from a budget hotel.

If pushed to find fault I'd say a kettle in the bedroom would be a plus, but reception can apparently give you one. So no complaints.

This was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, exactly what you would need after a long drive. The room was clean, the pillows were comfy, the bathroom was spotless. And yes, the breakfast was enjoyable. For the price we've paid - just excellent!

There were roadworks in the area, Coincidently, the workers started their day right under our window at 7a.m. However, this has nothing to do with this lovely hotel :)

Brand new hotel, larger than usual rooms. Huge bed with duvet and comfy pillows. Modern bathroom. Nice communal area with seating and a TV, a few tables outside too. Parking for high vehicles and disabled directly outside the hotel - hotel staff contacted us to arrange this before our arrival. Great value. Location convenient, boulangerie in same building, small supermarket 5 mins walk. Public transport into city centre 5 mins walk (free at weekends in the summer).

24-hour front desk, really comfortable and clean. We could rest properly and the staff were very nice. We could park easily next to the hotel with a special price of 6.30€, we just gave them the entry ticket, and they gave us the exit ticket. A really good option to stop on our way to Paris.

They could offer more variety for breakfast: hot meals like eggs…, and other drinks for people who have allergies (gluten-free). We didn’t ask, and maybe they had it. But it could be more visible.
