First time at this location but was very pleased, lovley clean rooms plenty of space and great aircon, was 36 degrees out side but lovely and cold when we got back to the rooms, Food was great, nice choice and the staff were very helpful with the translation.

Could not fault the location, they even returned my passport when I let it on a seat in the restaurant. Great stay will be back lter in the year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Campanile Clermont-Ferrand. It’s a perfect place for an overnight stop: the rooms are comfortable, clean, and convenient. The breakfast and dinner were excellent – tasty and with a good variety. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely book here again on our way back!

Very convenient for everything - close to the autoroute, restaurant on site, easy to get into the city centre or to the Puy du Dome. Room was comfortable with everything necessary and my dog could accompany me everywhere.

Only the weather! It's advised, when there is fog, do not stay at the hotel but drive up into the hills and there it will be a beautiful warm sunny day. The parking spaces could be a bit bigger as there is plenty room in the car park, just not between cars.

Good location, staff were very busy but very polite and friendly. Unexpectedly had a great meal in the restaurant which was both plentiful and very tasty.

The room was very small and basic but clean and comfortable and was not a surprise as the price reflected this.

Parking right in front of the room and very secure. Room had everything I needed, great bed and great breakfast! Great that TV had Chromecast, made it easy to cast a movie from Netflix on a rainy Saturday night

The location was OK for me with my car but public transport to the centre is complicated

Lovely clean property. Rooms are sizeable with a kettle and plenty of car parking which is very safe. My only slight comment is although the air con seemed like it was working it was hardly blowing anything. I set it to 16 eventually but it didn’t really cool the room. I think maybe just a bit of maintenance required. Staff are warm and welcoming. Would recommend. Beds are big and very comfortable.

Located in a quiet semi-residential neighborhood. Simple, comfortable, and clean rooms. The restaurant offers excellent French cuisine, with attention to detail. Quality meals as the French are so talented in preparing. Professional and amiable table service. Superb buffet breakfast offering with great variety, including local cheeses, fresh bread, and artisanal marmelades from the region. A true winner in terms of quality and value for money.

our dog was included and allowed in all areas during our stay. very pleasant staff and the restaurant was really good.

the car park has a speed hump that my car grounded on. its a standard car with no modifications so was surprised to hear it scrape the floor.

All amenities were present as advertised. Free parking, air conditioning, dog friendly place, paid breakfast, good enough room for overnight stay. Staff were welcoming and flexible check-in.

Breakfast price seem to be higher. Everything else was great.

Convenient for the Autoroute nice location even if in a business area,{if I was working there it would be great] but ideal for what we wanted, all the same staff were friendly and gave great assistance as we don't speak French

A better choice of food would have been nice but if we had chosen to go offsite there were other eating places around
