Room was large and modern. Everywhere was clean and maintained. The breakfast was extensive with hot and cold options. These were replenished frequently. The bouncy castle and pool were great for the family. Our children left their teddies in the room when we left on our return stay at the hotel. One email to the reception team and they had found them in our room and were happy to post back to us in the UK. Thank you!

towels for the pool seemed old and well used. Have a separate smoking area outside.

The hotel itself was nice and modern, fresh and well kept, secured with a perimeter fence and barrier entry, which was great as I had 4 bikes on my car left overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very tasty if not a little pricy. Breakfast was great, there was a huge selection. There was a bouncy castle for the kids close by to the pool, which itself looked inviting. The room was pleasant and the beds were super comfortable.

I didn't have any problems, if I was being picky, the gross in the shower was a bit mouldy... That is all.

It's a great place. Stayed there many times and always reliably good. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is helpful and it is easy to access from the motorway on our way to Barcelona.

Great stay except there was a terrible smell in the hallway and in one of the washrooms. The staff tried to deal with it but it was clearly being caused by something more fundamental.

The room was spotless and modern. Comfortable beds and good blackout blinds.

No milk for the coffee. My husband went downstairs to enquire if he could get some (they had forgotten to put the creamers in the room for tea/coffee making facilities). The gentleman downstairs informed my husband - no, this is not a palace! Every time we left the room, the room key did not work to regain entry. So we would have to go down to reception to get it reactivated each time.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and pet friendly :) Modern and cozy with super facilities; breakfast very good, the restaurant is also with a interesting french food menu parking very big and the hotel is surrounded by forest

Easy access and near to E Leclerc, etc. Free parking. Pool looks like it would be lovely in summer. Restaurant and bar on site so useful at end of long drive.

Breakfast in room is a bit pricey at 20 euros each for bread and pastries (plus usual extras).

The overall cost was very high. Dinner took very long to come out but was very tasty when it eventually arrived. Food and drinks were expensive.

The room was large enough for us travelling with our young grandson and it had a fridge, which was useful as we were travelling over 2 days to get to our final destination. They also let us in to our room early as it was ready when we arrived. There was a bouncy castle for the children to play on as well as the pool.

Whilst the pool was great, once more families checked into the hotel, it was very crowded. I thought breakfast was expensive for children as it was the same price as for adults and there was a child’s menu for dinner which was cheaper than breakfast for our grandson. It was a good size child’s evening meal - our grandson has a good appetite.

We were on route to the South of France and so we were just staying one night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke great English which helped as our French is a little rusty. The room was adequate clean and comfortable. We spent a few hours at the pool which was a good size and then ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was really good and so was the service. The breakfast was really good with so much choice, pastries, fruit, fresh bread, cooked sausage and egg and a range of yoghurts, cheese , ham and cakes. All the family was catered for. Parking is ample and also easy to access.

Location is quiet but convenient for major road networks and close to Orleans city centre. There is a nice Italian restaurant next door too. Also filling stations and supermarkets nearby.

Some of the storage cupboards in the room were not as clean inside as they have been on previous occasions when I have stayed there.
