It was a great location as a base for exploring the area and our host Etienne was perfect in advising places to visit and recommending and book restaurants. The room was typically French very large as was the bathroom/dressing room. Our stay exceeded expectations and was excellent value for money. It would be nice to visit in the summer when we could enjoy breakfast and evening drinks on their terrace with a view over the vineyards.

A longer stay although we did manage to extend our stay rather than have a night in a standard hotel chain elsewhere.

The property was very well situated in a lovely small town. The terrace was our favourite part about it with beautiful views. Etienne, the host, was exceptional. So kind and generous with his advice and help on things. We loved our stay there and have very fond memories ☺️

We were the only people in the hotel that day. Etienne was very hospitable and despite us arriving late on Easter Sunday he accomodated us very well. He served me beer and wine which is exactly what we needed after a long drive! Great value for money and lovely part of the word. Will definitely be returning one day!

Town was safe and in a great location to our destinations. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a view overlooking the vineyards (included eggs, bread, yogurt, coffee/tea, coissants, jam, butter, fresh fruit, juice, etc).

There is nothing to not like.

Excellent personal service, lovely host, very kind. Very clean and traditional. Excellent view and communication. Had a lovely stay for a wedding locally. Would recommend.

Proper pillows and somewhere to hang shower. Perhaps more fresh fruit at breakfast.

Gorgeous place. Very convenient for the wedding that we were attending at chateau rigaud.Our fantastic host Etienne really made our visit special. He really looked after us. Such a great guy.

Guest house is run by owner. He was excellent! The room was nice and big, and the terrace had a lovely view.

My only complaint would be that the toilets were a bit run down, but considering the property is very old, this is acceptable. Once recommendation could be to change the shower curtains often.

The host was very friendly and accommodating and cooked us a lovely dinner and abundant breakfast (the breakfast was included). It was rainy when we were there, but the terrace was absolutely beautiful to enjoy.

Fairly remote, don't rely on local transport. (HoweverEtienne did offer to take us to our event if we were unable to get there)
