The location is perfect, near the shore. The property has its own parking places, and secured. The room had view to the ocean and a small balcony (it was an upgrade gifted by the owner since the weather was not so good that night). We appreciated. The room is enough to stay 1 night with your own WC, and we could even enjoy the swimming pool and some games if we would have had the Time.

The only thing that could improve for a next time would be the quality of the mattress- it is quite soft, so for 2 people it’s not so comfortable. And the cleaning of the room, I was walking barefoot and noticed some animal hair collected by my foot.

We got room which was freshly renovated. It was beatifull, design was really nice. Room was cleaned daily and hotel was very clean. As for French Riviera , it was good price to stay close to St Tropez. You can take 20 mins boat to St Tropez, nice break from car and traffics

We didnt like location, beach was nothing special, restaurants on the beach were closing late afternoon and there was nthg around. Luckily we were staying just 2 nights on the way to Spain and had a car so we could drive to town for dinner. St Maxime town is nice and 8 mins drive from hotel

Fabulous location right across road from beach. Hotel staff were excellent and extremely welcoming. Breakfast excellent with many choices including eggs, bacon, sausages. Well presented. Lovely pool setting very secure property with great parking.

Standard room very small, photos could be misleading. Despite size we were very comfortable with good outdoor space to relax in.

The location, although a few kilometres away from the centre - just across the road from a lovely beach , The breakfast was super - eggs, bacon and sausage as well as the usual continental choices , Highly recommended .

Great location if you have a car. Lots of restaurants and a nice beach. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious for a couple and shower was amazing. Bed was comfortable.

Limited options for entertainment if you don’t have a car. However, bus stops are very close.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool and very well priced! Really appreciated how the staff were always happy to answer queries and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Amazing location, across the road from an amazing beach. The lady on reception was lovely and helpful. The pool was awesome, and very quiet. Felt like a private pool at times, and right outside of our room. Breakfast was excellent, lots of hot and cold options. If you like Nutella on draft then this is your place!

Bed was a little uncomfortable, not too bad.

We’ve been there before and it’s a great place. Very secure, pool is immaculate, opposite one of the best beaches in St Maxime and some excellent restaurants like Le Mahi and Le Cabanon.

Room no 10! Off on a limb. Small and difficult to access with three keys! Maybe we were there because we had a dog but previously we had a much nicer room and we had the same dog!

Location is excellent. Walk across the street to a perfect beach. Parking is onsite. Pool is very nice. Hotel is clean.

Our room felt like we were located in a back closet. It was disappointing to check in to this lovely little hotel only to be led to this dark hall & room in the back. The room itself was fine, we don't spend much time in it anyway, its just located in an odd place. The hotel has a nice poolside dining area that isn't being used for anything more than breakfast, which is a shame because it looks ideal for a nice lunch or evening dinner. But that'd probably be another staffing headache and not financially feasible for a small hotel.

Amazing view and location to the sea. Only a road separating it! Staff were so incredibly generous. Upgraded our room for free. Bathroom was big and lovely shower.

No shops in walking distance, only restaurants! Not a bad thing, just to consider!
