No info that need to bring own tea towel,washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets . No basic utensil for fry pan ,spatula to make omelettes etc The grill of the microwave did not work and no instruction manual The tap in bath leaked Mould on ceiling in bathroom Heater in bathroom did not seem to work Had to pay for wi fi The beds very narrow

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, so close to slopes, bars, restaurants etc. Warm rooms.

Had to pay for towels which i think should be standard. Room a little small but that's the norm for the area. A few more hooks in the room for hanging all the ski gear would be great.

Great location. Good access to the slopes. Friendly staff. Convenient for ski hire shop and bakery. Excellent pizza take away next door. Overall good value for the cost.

Listed telephone number not answered on late arrival. Sending information about key lock box and code in advance would have been appreciated and would have avoided the need to phone up. Apartment a little tired looking but honestly for the money it was good value and well equipped.

The access to the ski room and the slopes.

I wrote in advance asking a few questions and I never got an answer. As you have to leave the kitchen cleaned, there should be cleaning products to do it.

Good value for money. Access to ski boot room was great. Clean and really helpful staff when needed.

Took a few calls to be able to access the hotel at 2am, which was tiring. Kitchen tap exploded and burnt one of our friends faces, thankfully fixed the next morning when staff were back in.

The location is the best! The staff is very kind and responsive, the lady on the reception helped us as much as she could.

It was cold winter nights and there was a terrible draft in the apartment and they had only very thin summer blankets to over. So we asked to provide us more of those blankets and finally ended up using tree blankets at the same time to just not catch cold at night. And it still was cold. The battery was hot but it didn't help much because of the draft.

Location is great

The description with regard to size is misleading, it is small (really sleeps 2 or 3 at a push) and accommodation was not very clean. Kitchenette next to useless.
