honestly the building and furniture is a little run down and there some hints all over the place that this hotel is past it’s prime. BUT: that was the charm To me because I genuinely got the vibe of being in the last stage of the grand Budapest Hotel. The location is perfect and the staff is impeccable.

The breakfast is nice but nothing special.

Amazing location, friendly staff, good wi-fi, nice Irish pub.

Hotel was not reachable over phone or email before we arrived, even multiple trials. No parking space! Once we came, the reception guys (which were very friendly) explained, that we should have called to book some parking space before arrival.....very funny. We had to park our cars about 1km away. Its time to renovate the rooms and showers.

a bit hit and miss, they ran out of eggs (for boiling) on day and, when going down at 08;55hrs on our 1st day there was only hash browns for the hot option

other than the issue previously mentioned there was nothing else to dislike, place was clean and the staff at the front desk friendly and helpful

Location, food fantastic. Definitely not 5 star but you're not paying 5 star prices. Good value, best location.

Had trouble booking into restaurant as they kept saying that they were full even though we were guests and had no option other than B and B at time of booking. Small rooms.

The pillows weren’t great need un upgrade They should invest in a small tub or pool in the downstairs area is where they have the “spa facilities”

Reading the reviews we didn't know what to expect but our stay was enjoyable, great location, 5 stars for the staff of the hotel, rooms were cleaned every day, it was very hot in the room and we turned off the heating on the first day, good storage for ski equipment with separate entrance very close to the slopes, dinners were good. Great value for the money spent.

For breakfast there were not many choices but the bread was delicious. Toilet had a bad sewage smell.

3min walk to the lift (Tichot, Bollin, Borsat) in center of Val Claret. easy to get and go by bus (Altibus / Alpybus) from Geneva, Bourg St Maurice etc. kind staff helpful always. nice wellness with sauna. meals with great variety so worth half-board (couldnt find similar price in the whole Alps)

the double bed was two singled joined which is very bad, terrace qas not clean, old but fair structure in general

Location was great, close to the slopes, next door to ski republic. Breakfast was good with plenty options.

Ski storage area was cramped and needs more benches. Parking in Tigne is expensive.

Excellent location, comfy room, nice facilities, enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The hotel is owned by Belambra now so was slightly confusing to find looking for La Diva. There is a sign for La Diva at street level but the large hotel sign is Belambra.

Location to ski slopes and lifts was amazing, also close to bars and restaraunts. Beds were very comfortable which is always a concern for me as I cannot sleep in a hard bed. The decor is quite tired but perfectly clean so certainly not a problem for us especially considering the price we paid. Food good with plenty of variety for both breakfast and evening meal. Staff extremely helpful and polite and very hardworking ensuring tables and environment kept clean and clutter free. Easy access to ski hire shop next door and great locker rooms with heated boot lockers. Excellent value for money and perfect base for fabulous ski holiday.

Would have like tea and coffee making facilities in room but not really a problem.
