Great location for ski in ski out at belle plagne, good modern apartment, close to all amenities

Needs some decor update in places due to wear and tear Comms generally ok with agent which managed it but had to chase on the day for access codes

Spacious apartment with a beautiful view and an excellent location in the ski area. You need to bring your own linens or purchase them from the village center. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

The details say you can rent sheets and they didn’t offer me that service… so had to take bed linen and towels 🥴 there isn’t any Wi-Fi in the apartment either.

The chalet was great for access to the slopes & centre.

The chalet was a little dated/tired and in need of decoration. I have to say that the pillows and duvets/mattress incl protectors all need to be replaced as a priority and should match the bed sizes in the chalet. Very limited comfortable seating for the size of chalet…..a couple of easy chairs would help.

A small cosy appartement. Adapted for longer stays if you come with all you staff like sheets, towels, soap etc

They rent it per day as a hotel room, but without any service of a hotel. No sheets, no towels, no soap, no reception.

Location and ease of access to the apartment. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of local restaurants and stores near by to shop from. The ski in and out feature is lovely and access to the whole mountain is very easy from this location. There was plenty of storage for skis/boots. Rooms/apartment was nice and toasty warm and had plenty of furniture. Room was small but good size for a short stay for a group of 4 or less.

Having to provide my own towels and bed sheets. This is a massive disappointment as it adds greatly to travel cost because it pushed me into having to pack two suit cases. It's also very uncommon for Americans or British to prepare for. Adding to this disappointment is a miss communication by the renter to say they would provide bedding/towels for an additional cost - which would have been fine, but then they said it wasn't available. This will prevent me from renting again. Recommend upon arrival you confirm toilet paper too.

The location to the slopes was great.

It is the little things if it could be improved, it would make a huge difference. Arrived there in the evening, there was no towels, no sheets, duvet or pillow covers. It was really difficult to believe that they do not provide this when you spend 2740 euros on the apartment. I have travelled throughout the world and never come across this sort of management. I believe towels are atleast a basic necessity, especially when we arrived there late in the night and no shops were open and reception is closed. Only one toilet roll was provided and no soap or toiletries provided. The kitchen equipment was very basic, with no oven or extractor fan, so the smoke alarm constantly went off. The TV was old with a big scratch on this. The carpets very grubby and needs changing. You are expected to pay 8 euros per day for Wifi.

If you’re considering staying here, ask yourself one question: Have I recently wronged the universe? Because that’s the only reason I can think of to deserve this level of filth. The apartment was spectacularly unclean and not in a "missed-a-spot" kind of way, but in a “previous guest clearly shed like a golden retriever and no one bothered to clean up” kind of way. Hair in the bath, hair in the sink, hair on the walls, it was like living inside a stranger’s loofah. The kitchen wasn’t much better. Greasy surfaces, mystery crumbs, and an overall vibe of “last cleaned during the Renaissance.” I wouldn’t trust it to boil water, let alone prepare a meal. The place is in desperate need of a proper deep clean. Not a quick once-over with a paper towel, but an industrial-level scrub-down followed by an exorcism, just to be safe. If hygiene matters even slightly to you, avoid this place like the plague, which, incidentally, may also be lurking in the bathroom.
