Hotel near to business I had to visit with good restaurant and breakfast.

A bit on the expensive side given that rooms are simple and it is far from Toulouse city center.

The aircon units in the rooms are very noisy. I switched mine off, but could still hear ones in neighbouring rooms. But just slightly annoying.

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

Menu for dinner was a bit short. Terrace for dinner was a bit small.

Excellent staff - very baby friendly and very accommodating for us.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was good and well prepared. The access to TAS was fantastic.

The location is a bit remote. The window has to be kept shut for security reasons on the ground floor, there was no option to open it a few cm's for circulation. The shower drain was not flowing properly.

The hotel is very close to Thales Alenia Space which was very good because of the business trip. The parking was for free. The room was clean.

The personnel tried to be helpful but there was only one lady at the reception who spoke English. This seems quiet unfortunate for the hotel with international guests. It was quite difficult to order for a dinner. Finally we (with my work colleague) received something which I consider as a starter but the price for this dinner was not adequate to the amount of food. The Wi-fi did not work and they were not able to repeat it.

The place is located close to Thales Alenia Space, which is great for business. The room was clean and the WIFI works well. The breakfast service is ok for a hotel of this quality.

I missed to have an iron in the room. The bedroom did not have side tables to each side of the bed. The room itself had a "funny" smell produced by the air conditioning systems.

Located far from city centre - you will need a car for transport and expect travel time to be more than 40 minutes during peak time to and from city centre Cleaners did not change towels (they were visibly left on floor) nor empty bins - when reception was informed, although we were given new towels, there was no rectification for un-emptied bins (which were full) which I found disappointing for a 4 star hotel No apology was given for ‘accidentally’ adding a breakfast fee upon checkout
