We stayed at this apartment hotel and were very pleased. Everything, including check-in, is handled completely online: we arrived late, and the codes for opening the gates and collecting the keys from the locker were sent to us in advance. The instructions clearly indicated where our building was and all the necessary codes. Amenities and Facilities Swimming Pool:great place to relax in hot weather. Gym: accessible via code. Laundry: We didn’t use it, but it’s available on-site. Breakfast: Not included in the price, but can be ordered for a small additional fee. Parking: Not included in the price. For two days, we paid €35 for two cars. The parking is very close to the buildings, and you can park right next to your apartment. Apartment and Comfort Our building was three stories with five bathrooms and three rooms: two on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. This ensured comfortable living for the entire group. Minor Drawbacks Air Conditioning: Only available on the third floor; the first two floors don’t have it. Soap and Toilet Paper: Provided, which is rare even in hotels costing €300/day. Overall Conclusion The hotel offers excellent value for money. It’s perfect for those looking for comfortable, independent accommodation with good amenities. Recommended for families and groups of friends, especially if you appreciate autonomy and convenience.

The house was absolutely perfect! It had everything you could possibly need – from plates and cups to a coffee maker and lots of appliances, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing anything. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The location was fantastic too – just about 100 meters from the beach. The beaches themselves were almost empty, so there was always plenty of space, and the sea was amazing: clean, clear, and without any dirt. The terrace was huge and spacious, a great place to relax, and every room had fans with 6 speed settings as well as an air conditioner. Even on the terrace there was a fan, which was really convenient. There wasn’t a private parking space, but there is a large public parking lot nearby, and we almost never had any problems finding a spot. Honestly, that tiny detail is nothing compared to all the positives – the advantages of this house far outweigh that very small minus. In short, this place is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

Overall, the experience was fine. However, after making the reservation, someone from the property staff started calling me, asking to make a direct payment to them. This raised serious concerns about whether the property was legitimate or a scam. Since it was late at night and customer support was unresponsive, we decided to start looking for another property to avoid any issues. As a result, we ended up with two bookings. Eventually, the first property still charged us through Booking.com. Why this couldn't have been done in the first place is beyond me. This situation caused unnecessary stress and confusion. It's something I believe Booking.com and the property should address to ensure a smoother experience for guests.

Great location, bus station just round the corner to get to Basso Cambo, then to Toulouse. Customer service fantastic and very helpful. Pool was great after the day in Toulouse, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. This is definitely not a negative, I wanted to write this because of the way the hotel staff dealt with the situation a great positive response…..some teenagers from the residential area got through the gates to use the swimming pool, the security soon got them out and acted promptly to change the security times and we didn’t see the them again. We thought the way this matter was dealt with was very efficient and reassuring. The staff definitely make the hotel! All the best.

Very well priced and quite spacious and reasonably close to metro links to city centre via local bus service . Staff were very friendly and helpful .

Very few shops in vicinity to buy food etc but ok if you have a car . Not the best of areas in Toulouse but we didn’t experience any problems .

entire apartment was clean, cozy and well kept, and really spacious with multiple rooms, toilets and a shared living room and kitchen. wish we could stay there longer as it was really comfortable. staff were also really friendly and ready to help even though our check in was quite late. thank you!

Close to bus station & airport. Pool was very welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything! Friendly staff, clean, and well equipped. Apartment was roomy and the AC worked well. The pool was great! And they had extra things on the property for the kids to enjoy—games, coloring, pool. It was a very nice find! Parking was easy. Definitely recommend for families!

No 24 hour check in.

The appartment was big and spacious with everything you might need. The swimming pool was very welcome in the 40°C heat too!

Having phoned the property the week before arriving and been told that reception was open all day in July and August, we could not check in until after 1500 as reception was closed. We could not even get into the complex as the gate was locked and the telephone number provided took us through to a call centre who told us to just come back later. Beds were REALLY uncomfortable and only 1 bedroom out of 3 had air con.
