clean and comfortable appartement

that the use of swimming pool, sauna and hamam is limited to 1 entry a day and that you need to book in advance your slot for using it. we arrived at 16h and the only slots available were at 21h (when we had dinner) or in the morning at 9h30 ( just before leaving the hotel). the reason we booked was to enjoy the swiming pool and sauna so this policy was very dissapointing and we were not informed about it in advance

Modern, clean, lovely staff

Location is very central and the hotel has a bar, orders breakfast and there is a restaurant next door. You are, however, on a small industrial estate but very close to Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan. Apts are modern and spacious. There is a pool but it is small and very shallow at one end. That said, the sauna and steam rooms are nice after a busy day out. Staff are lovely, particularly Juliette who was super helpful and very friendly 🙂

Busy reception area.....we had to pay in full on arrival, but asked to see the apartment; it was on the first floor and first impressions seemed different to the web site images of a 2 bed apartment! Staff advised they were all very similar. We also had a dog and asked if there was a ground floor apartment available. The reception staff checked and one was available! This apartment seemed a little more spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly in making this change and it was appreciated! The apartment was light with lots of windows (good curtains), but with excellent heating and seating; the bedrooms were comfortable as was the bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen was very good with enough utensils and cooking facilities and fridge/freezer. Outside was lawned with paths to parking which was excellent and had EV charging points. The facility had a small shop and bar along with spa facilities. The booking for the pool was a little complicated! The location was excellent for major roads and large shopping centre. A couple of restaurants in walking distance. To service the apartment was an extra charge if needed.

The staff were very friendly, and always obliging to help with any questions or queries, even speaking in English without any frowning! The front desk staff run the hotel very well.

The breakfast was boring, especially if you stay for more than a couple of days, however, the staff kept all items fully packed. It’s strange that there is no lunch or dinner service offered, so you have to drive out somewhere . Not ideal if you just want to relax and chill at the hotel.

The appartment was amazing. So comfortable (Especially the Queen size bed) and everything we needed for our stay. I loved the spa (especially having the jacuzzi to myself with the booking system) and all staff were so friendly and accommodating!

There was nothing which could have been done to make it any better! This is a first class hotel and now this chain will always be my first choice!

Seemed very new with good facilities in a one-bedroom apartment. Everything worked well in a pleasant outside environment

For a new apart-hotel, the water (or maybe air-conditioning was loud. Closing the bedroom door improved matters. With a car it is c.8 km yo Vannes and apart-hotel is situated in an education hub. If u wanted any nightlife variety (we didn't) u were some way from it.9

Spacious rooms, peaceful. Quality bedding

Long walk from secure car park and badly (ie none !) signposted at night to rear of building. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Spare toilet rolls in corridor cupboard ..ie not in the loo where one needs them!! Only one tiny bedside table. The shower tray is very slippery and there s no grabhandle...and there needs to be a towel rail!! No teabags/coffee/sugar/milk etc - luckily we had our own emergency supply! Staff in Reception on arrjval were less than helpful...but staff kn departure were very good. The Bar closes too early!! A good concept but lots of simple thjngs missing....easily rectifiable.

The apartment was lovely, modern, spacious and well equipped, with good air conditioning (the temperature was over 30 degrees when we stayed). Well stocked shop and nice bar.

The swimming pool was a disappointment when we visited - crowded, noisy and the water too warm to be refreshing.

We stayed in a one-bedroomed apartment that was large and roomy. Comfy bed, big lounge, 2 TVs and a/c. Nice indoor swimming pool. Close to the road network and about a 20 min drive into Vannes centre outside the rush hour. Modern and clean.

The room was very comfortable, shower was perfect. Location was ideal, near shopping mails

The hotel wanted to make a copy of my ID. That’s against the european privacy law. That’s not correct. The staff said it was management policy, but management is not above the European law.
