The building is unprepossessing from the outside, prefabricated looking and of uncertain date, but inside it has been completely refurbished. The decor is bright, modern, professionally designed, the bedding is good hotel quality, the bathrooms have adequate showers. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but the products served are carefully chosen. The staff are friendly and efficient. The town centre is within easy walking distance. This is a good-value halfway stopover between Paris and Alsace.

The hotel is tucked away in an unattractive corner on the outskirts of town. Check-in is not available before mid-afternoon.

The room was modern and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows like a cloud. The towels were beautifully thick and fluffy. The guy on reception was so welcoming, and directed us to where in town we could find restaurants to eat at in the evening.

The only negative was not being able to get a meal in the evening after a long drive from Italy. I certainly wouldn’t mark it down on that though as there are plenty of eateries in the town well within walking distance!

Good experience. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the room (we had a family one; a queen bed + 2 twins) was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also quite new and nice. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet and it was worth it. The staff was nice and attentive. Very conveniently located, near Reims, for a stop and some sight seeing

Room was very nice and modern. Just a pity the room fridge was out of order as this is something we like to use. Bathroom shower was fab!

Hotel had no evening cafe/restaurant but did offer breakfast for an additional fee. There was a misunderstanding regarding checking out as we left very early but didn't realise we still had to pay tourist tax which wasn't explained at check in but all sorted.

Well located for the town centre being only 10 minutes walk with a very attractive square and cathedral and places to eat. Good free public parking. A superior motel style hotel. Modern with good facilities, comfortable beds and fluffy towels. We would stay again and Vitry is worth a stopover.

The hotel is situated in the town centre in a quiet location. The hotel itself was clean and we had a good sized family room with tea and coffee making facilities the beds were comfortable and the manager was so approachable and friendly. It was a good stop off on our way down France and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel wasn't very easy to find and needs to better advertised

Whilst quite easy to get into central part of town the surroundings of this hotel is a bit bleak, overlooking a car park. If here on a Sunday pretty much everything is closed so need to plan ahead about where to eat.

Location not particularly nice but short walk into town tea and coffee for morning drink could be better only two milk one tea bag no stirrer

Room's are very clean and modern, and a good size, the hotel appears to be undertaking a refit of all the bedrooms. Staff are polite, and welcoming

Breakfasts are minimal, and not particularly well stocked for fresh croissants etc. It's a shame as as overall hotel is excellent for the room price paid.

Very good value, simple, but nicely done, nice location ( quiet residential and just a couple of minutes level walk into town) Town was a pleasant surprise, really nice to walk around and very friendly, plenty of places to eat. Breakfast at the hotel was very good

Reception is not open until 4pm, so if you arrive early you cannot enter - not really a problem, but a little disconcerting when you are expecting it to be open ( confirmation said 2:30)
