The hotel is conveniently located for the route I took from Basel to Calais. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and I was made to feel very welcome. The hotel room was small but perfectly adequate for my needs, with free wi-fi, nice clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. There was plenty of room to work. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of the town centre and convenient for a walk along the canal. There was free, secure parking. Breakfast was available in the conservatory from 8.30am (weekend). I would certainly use this hotel again if travelling solo. At just over 75 euros it was good value for money.

It was an overnight stay for us en route to Italy from the UK on a motorcylcle. The hotel was lovely and the welcome geat. We were able to park out bike in a secure garage overnight. There is no resturant so we walked to a nearby one. The bedroom and en suite was clean and comfortrable. Breakfast was seved by the host and was very tasty

Nothing springs to mind

The location was good, with parking at rear. There were places to eat within a few yards. Room excellent if a bit small. Reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

A pity that the only outside space was partly for parking at the rear. It was the only place we could sit in the sun, and it needed a little TLC. However there were tables and chairs, and it was quiet and private.

We arrived a little earlier than expected but were able to park , drop off our bags and visit the town centre which is very close to the hotel before returning to start our stay. Our room was perfectly adequate and Madame's breakfast was superb.

A lovely welcome from the lady of the house. We were cycling the Via Francigena from Canterbury to Rome, so the security of our bikes is always top of mind, also having to lug our pannier bags upstairs. No problem here - a spacious room on the first floor and bikes tethered in the garden behind a locked gate.

Nothing - we were well pleased after a tiring day.

The banister on the landing was wobbly (bit worried about our youngest child). The shower head wasn't mounted on the wall of the cubicle.

We were given a family room ... very spacious for a couple. Clean and well appointed bathroom. Close to city centre. Owner very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was quiet. Good breakfast. Appreciated secure parking.

Very friendly owners who are most welcoming. Quaint villa with character and private, secured parking (that is locked after 2200). Decent spread for a traditional French breakfast and less than 5 minute walk to the town centre.
