Friendly staff. Big free parking in front of the hotel. The room has a big balcony. Small refrigerator and big fan, for a hot day. Breakfast had a cheese and salami, a big variety of pastries, fruit salad and etc.

Our room was out dated and very tired. It need urgent renovation especially the bathroom. No power outlets near the bed. The toilet was not very clean. No elevator.

Spending only one night while traveling with family, we enjoyed big family rooms with comfortable beds. Indeed, the interior and equipment is old but everything was very clean, the stuff warm and welcoming. Nice food and wine the restaurant. Big parking.

The staff was very kind. We had a wonderful stay there. The room was warm and everything was great. We really liked their wine. They have very good ones.

Everything was well arranged and of good quality: comfortable and clean room, bathroom and beds.

We booked a twin room and got a double bed, so we had some discomfort in this sense, as it was too late at night to do something about it.

Good location, free parking, good breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff. Loved the balcony.

Small but nice room. I really liked that the room had a fan with the heat we've had in the past weeks. Good parking spots available. Wifi worked well. The restaurant was really nice as well.

There is no elevator. Breakfast was a tad basic.

The family room is clean and big. We were staying here for visiting Strasbourg, and it's between 20-30 min drive from the hotel, which is a nice distance.

The lights in the room , quite dark . Maybe it's also good to have a curtain in the bathroom

The room was a little tired but more than adequate and very comfortable. Lunch in the restaurant was delicious as was breakfast. The service was faultless and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
