A very spacious, clean and comfortable room. The personal super helpful and nice. The restaurant seemed also good though we didn’t eat there. We had a nice balcony, even though there was no proper garden the parking place was full of very beautiful plants, and we enjoyed very much our stay here. Also the prices were very fair I have to say.

We arrived at the hotel at night, we were greeted by a smiling and very nice guy, he helped us with our luggage. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The last morning when we checked out there was a cold and unsympathetic girl who spoke to us impatiently and left us with a bad taste of the hotel experience

The rooms were a very pleasant large size. The separate toilet & shower is brilliant. Staff very, very friendly and assisting. Used the sauna after the Alsace wine marathon, great facility, at a very good price. Breakfast, great value for money, and great selection

Traditional restaurant, well known and full: stop for a delicious dinner. Parking with charging point. Spacious room with balcony. The guy at the reception is super kind.

Stairs and location in a French countryside village without monuments.

We had a big room with a balcony. No elevator but the stairs were all right. The hotel is on the middle of the village of Dorlisheim, and the parking lot is easily accessible.

The room is big, bed comfortable, bathroom also spacious. We had a nice cbalcony

We did not have a mini fridge in the room, not enough hangers and shelves in the bathroom. TV had only limited channels, only in French. Nothing in English or Netflix service.

We were welcomed by very friendly staff who let us feel good. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We went in a small group and everyone felt the same.

We were having a tour so we came from 3 hours road trip. We made the booking while we were having our meal in Strasbourg. We thought the hotel was in the same city center but it is 25 min out. The location is inside a local neighborhood. Despite the distance, we were recived very nicely by the receptionist Ali. He was very welcoming and helpful and did almost everything to make us feel comfy. Our room was not the same as the pictures but it was 2 story room , clean and smelling fresh. The bathroom was clean and new. The hotel also has a free prking area. My only advice is to put a mini bar with snacks and drinks since the hotel almost far from the city center. Thank you
