All of the staff were very friendly and wanted to please the guests. The room and its facilities were clean.

The bathroom is very cramped and poorly designed. Why install a high sided bath and a slim pencil over shower when a walk in shower would have given a proper shower experience AND have made much better use of the available space? Ettore Bugatti would have been unimpressed!! Again, the breakfast area is poorly designed, the buffet area is chaotic, people are constantly crossing and bumping into each other. I would like to add that the ladies working in the breakfast room were at all times smiling and pleasant though they were clearly working under difficult circumstances. There was no bottled water or coffee making facilities in the room.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, good housekeeping, good location, comfortable bed, nice shower, very thankful for the air conditioning.

Poor lighting in room, no light above mirror. No lock on bathroom door. Unable to lock bedroom door from the back so my two year old son kept opening it and trying to get into the corridor. I would have preferred some cupboards or drawers to store our clothes as my child kept pulling everything down from the shelves. Some high shelving would have been good to keep things away from my two year old. Difficult to shower my son as the glass panel on the shower does not move, so we would always have to shower together or I would get very wet. It was a difficult room to stay in with a child. But it would be a great room to stat in as a couple without a child

Really appreciated the hospitality, communicativeness and thoughtfulness of the staff, comfortable facilities, clean rooms. We had a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Not sure if it was just because we stayed after Christmas, but imho the price didn’t match the expectations. We still had a very enjoyable stay, but didn’t quite match the value we’d expect for the price we paid. Also the location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, so not much to do around.

Hotel was an amazing suprise. Very kind staff, breakfast was very good and tasty. Lot of things to choose. Lobby bar was very good and cosy, good to drink local wine and eat some pizza. Hotel room was nice and clean. We had very good time. We definitely recommend this small hotel with perfect location and private parking.

Bathroom was quite small, but nothing we could not handle.

Hotel is very clean and over all much better than I expected ! the staff is very kind and helpful. there was free hot wine which was very nice. if I ever come back to this area, I would stay this place again ! Thank you for the amazing services:)

its bit far from the city of Strasburg. (only about 20min away by train though)but apart from that, everything was great.

We stayed for three nights while exploring Alsace. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Considering the price level, this is an excellent choice for this type of stay.

For this hotel category, it is difficult to suggest any improvements. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Finally one hotel which understands travellers, if people are booking double room, mostly it means that people has with them at least 2 travelbags, and this hotelroom has big enough luggageshelf for at least 2 bags! Room is good size, bathroom too, it is clean, airconditioning is working manually, wifi is good working, location is little bit outside town center. Hotel has own big parking, and there is big free parkingspot next to the town center, if you go for eating there, because hotel has no restaurant. Next to reception, there is small bar at hotel. Breakfast was good, with enough choice.

Unfortunatelly when we went for breakfast at 9.15 (breakfast is till 10.00) there was no bread anymore and they did not refill it. There are 2 coffee machines at breakfast room, big one makes not tasty coffee, luckily for us we discovered that small one makes excellent coffee.

Even though we only stayed one night we were pleasantly surprised with a modern and clean hotel. Our family room was very well designed with separate WC and room with bunk beds for the kids. Location is a bit random but it was a short walk to the station with trains to get to Strasbourg in 20mins.

The hotel is really nice, the room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly, we had a small dog with us and they had prepared a bowl and treat in the room which was really nice. Honestly I will stay here again.

The only slight negative was the plastic screen at checkin, that worked during covid but not now, it needs to come down.

The hotel is a PERFECT location if you are in the area to bike-along La Route des Vins D’Alsace or the Canal de la Bruche towards Strasbourg. It is just minutes away from the bike paths. It is also a few minutes bike or about 15 minute walk to the quaint city center of Molsheim. It is modern, clean, comfortable with a/c. The breakfast was good with a variety of breads/croissants/fresh fruit/meat/cheeses/yogurt with toppings/pancakes/eggs/bacon, local jellies & honey. The staff was very helpful-she was able to point us in the right direction to start our rides. The hotel also had a good variety of maps/activities in the local area in French/German and English.

The a/c or something in the room made a consistent clicking that we were able to cope with using an App for white noise-we couldn’t quiet pinpoint the source of the sound-perhaps the nearby elevator?
