Super nice bed, not too soft not too hard, slept amazingly well! Nice gym and spa area Staff is very friendly Breakfast buffet was great The water dispensing machine (with sparkling water!!), might sound insignificant but I really rate this kind of attention, also reducing plastic waste 👏

The only lift got really busy at one point and took a while to arrive (especially when cleaning staff starts using it as well), would usually take the stairs but we had a person with reduced mobility with us so it was a little frustrating. It was just at one moment though so it's a detail.

Very good hours in swimming pool.very clean .Hamman was closed in evening but open the next morning and looked lovely. Breakfast was very good with excellent varied choice. Good choice of TV programmes and language choice

The pillows...no choice of hard or soft No kettle and only 3 teabags all different Mugs were too big for the coffee maker so could not stand where they should have done Bedside lamp on one side only. The plug in the bathroom did not work The curtains were just a light fabric that cut out no light in the morning.

Close to the train station. Very pleasant comfortable room. Some of the rooms are older than others, ours was very nice with a small terrace. Lovely gardens. Great breakfast. Would recommend.

We have stayed at this hotel before en route to our final destination. It has proved to be an excellent overnight stop and we will no doubt stay there again if we are passing. We had a nice room and the dinner and breakfast were excellent. Also easy parking nearby.

The shower in our room was a bit awkward if you didn’t want to get your hair wet. Not keen on shower caps!! Also when it is very hot outside, it would be good if blinds in room could be closed as it was stiflingly hot in our room when we first arrived.

i liked our room, everything was very clean and the shower was great. we also had a big bed, which was really comfortable.

we were a little sad that the whirlpool was closed during the wintertime, because we were looking forward to it.

Super friendly and helpful staff, the room was surprisingly big, amazing WiFi, nice facilities, great variety for breakfast, everything else in walking distance, big big bonus for being dog-friendly!

Aircon was not working on the days the hotel was fully booked

Check in staff late in the evening were friendly and helpful. My Room had curtains, not all of them do, some just have voile panels.

Breakfast was busy and the other guests were very rude and pushy. The atmosphere was moody with everyone rushing to make sure they got to everything first, even though there was plenty of food and drinks available.

The location is nice, close by the highway but not too close and close by the little center and the info center. The beds are suuuuuper confortable, we had a great night! The restaurant is very good and all the member of the service were super nice and helpful. The reception too, they were great!

Only lesser point is the spa which is smaller than we thought, the sauna and Hammam are smaller than we thought.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was fine, but nothing special. It was pretty small. The best thing was the staff, they were very nice.

Rooms were small. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Rooms are hot. Carpet needs to be cleaned in the stairways. The breakfast wasn't the greatest.

The staff are all kind and friendly. The free cold water dispenser is very convenient. Both sparkling and still water are available.

The sink is too small for a large bathroom. It would be a great breakfast if there were more fresh vegetables and fruit.
