Everything was perfect. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and in a good mood. Everything was done to make you feel comfortable as a guest. The rooms are cleaned daily and so are the towels changed daily if you want them to. The breakfast buffet is more than sufficient and very tasty. The location of the hotel right on the beach is excellent and invites you to take a swim in the sea. We can absolutely recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

There is nothing to criticize.

This has to be one of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. The buffet breakfast and dinner are always fantastic, plenty to choose from and very tasty. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is always hot water for a shower. The gin and tonics are also 5-star :)

The wifi signal in my room was too weak so I had to buy a sim, but to be honest that's to be expected in the Gambia - you're always better off buying your own sim.

Short working visit, as in Banjul is limited choice of business hotels, this one was good because of distance to the capital. Good staff, smiling and ready to help.

I don’t need loud music during dinner but understand that this is normal here.

The fellow that handles meals in the nights and also seems to be like an accountant is soo unprofessional. He even went ahead to tell some wait how we had not pad for a bill the previous day and so sent him to ask for immediate cash payment. he did not even have the courtesy to remind us that we had a bill to pay but went about talking how we didn't pay for just a cup of tea.

Because of booking through booking(dot)com I had tonpay additional fee at departure. If I booked through the hotel directly I would have paid 75USD per night, with booking(dot)com it was 120USD per night. It was even more than announced by booking.com when I booked. Something somewhere went wrong. I will not use booking com again for The Gambia.

The menu was out of date and many items on it were out of stock. The wifi barely worked in our room; we had to go to the restaurant to use it. The location on the beach is beautiful, but it's not possible to walk to many places from the hotel because it's remote.

Great Place, beach front and quite for vacations. People working there was smiling, polite and so helpfull. The breakfast was wow, I mean wooowwwww. We love it. Thanks

My balcony door wasn't closing and have not been fixed before we check out. The Management must visit rooms themselve sometimes to notice damages and fixed them.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and responded to every request very quickly. The lovely woman at the desk sorted out a local SIM card for me, and showed great determination in helping me set up my MiFi device before my work trip inland. The dinner buffet is very good - plenty of salad, tasty fish dishes (as well as many others) and a good variety of fresh fruit.

Staff very friendly. Hotel room was spacious. Breakfast was buffet style with very good choices. Relatively quiet are but there are taxis outside if you want to go to main tourist area of Senegambia

Electrical sockets location were not close to point of use. Bed head for night read, lap top other gadgets, verandah table for lap top Two pin sockets should be changed to more common three pin square. Very good for holiday. Need to add set up for work. Hot water for shower and bath.
