Our stay was great. Breakfast was excellent. The manager was always there and greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. Staff was friendly as well. Besides one night when there was an event in the area our stay was quiet. It was close to everything!

We had one issue with our room on the first night. The night staff had a communication issue with the day staff and the message was not sent on. It took us a minute to get it resolved. It was still resolved within 36hrs.

The rooms, the pool, the staff that did the rooms the bar lady, the overall look of the hotel most staff were helpful and welcoming.

The big man I think who does the food, and some other lady in the canteen wgen asking for a some cutlery had an attitude other than that it was fine.

Not good -cold porridge little choice had to ask for everything Went to cafe instead

I got electric shock from switches on 2 occasions Bedroom door difficult to open -has obviously been bad for some time as there are dents on door bottom Very noisy at night 1 night shouting at 4.30 am in swimming pool area

Staff very friendly and honest and professional Memuna and Ali in the restaurant were very nice, polite and professional The guy who clean our room 10 very honest and through with his job room cleaned very well 👏 👍 for him

Little options for breakfast and dinner Fix telephone in the room Fridge in the rooms will be nice An electrical tea kitten in the rooms will be good and handy An up grade of TV channels will be good

Excellent service provider and clean hotel, next to the beach ⛱️, the pool site and bar Staff are great 👍. I will stay there on my visit in the Gambia. The receptionist are help because I arrived late.

Customer Service is excellent from bar area housekeeping maintenance laundry and salon. Everyone is wonderful and helpful. Laundry service washed and ironed all my clothes at a great price. Stylist at salon is very talented. Atmosphere is beautiful. Pool area always clean Room very clean.

Bed is a pit hard for my liking but receptionist gave me extra blankets and pillows to help with my comfort.

The WiFi didn’t work in our room so we had to go out to the lobby to get connected.

Loved the size of the room, and the tiled floors, staff were so welcoming and kind throughout stay. A lot of different seated areas and the garden is just beautiful!

Only thing would have liked to have a fridge in room.

Just hurry up and get things going as I can see work it’s going to be epic
