The hotel stuff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was exactly as described. The breakfast is decent but not too fancy. The location is good. It is not too central but quite near - 100 meters walking. There's not much to do at the hotel. If you're looking for hotel entertainment, keep looking. The hotel is quite, which was very important for us. Overall, we are very pleased and would definitely choose it again.

Hotel Tsereteli Palace is a nice hotel located not far away from Batumi centre. With its moderate prices, it is a nice place to stay in, if you like hotels. They offer buffet breakfasts, which are more european style than what you can get in apartments run by private owners. The hotel has got free parking.

We experienced water leaking from the ceiling during long rainy night, fortunately the water was not dripping on our heads (not above the bed), so we survived, especially that it was our last night in the hotel.

a very nice boutique hotel, staff is great, rooms are very good and clean, AC is working good, breakfast is OK, enough variety of foods and drinks, no noise from outside, the location is very good max. 15 minutes walk to all ends of the town, beach and park is very very close. There are shops - markets very near ... only be careful when you are looking for the entrance it is not next to street (which is a very good thing) but behind the first row of buildings, entrance is like a driveway, there is a similar name hotel on the street, do not confuse, find the driveway, I strongly suggest this hotel and thanks for their warm welcoming

very little noise problem room to room, especially through the bathrooms,, but not very serious when the bathroom door is closed,,, wi-fi is very strong but, near to the door room,, it may weaken when yor device is near to the other end of the room. No serious complains that I can mention.

The hotel is near touristic places. You can go to touristic places walking. Breakfast was good. Bus' are go to many places in front of the hotel. For example, you can go the airport by bus in front of the hotel. Also, there are many restaurant for local cuisine/food. In addition, there are many markets and exchange offices environment of the hotel.

I didn't face a bad circumstance. Everything was a good.

The location is not really good, as it is behind other hotel (which looks horrible), and the most important thing, that hotel didn't accept credit cards.

The hotel manager cleared out a parking spot in front of the building for our minibus, that couldn't fit in the undergroung garage. He even made sure nobody parked in that spot when we were gone for the day.

One of our rooms was quite small and the window was placed in a tight little corner behind two walls, so it almost felt like there were no windows and no daylight. Definitely ask witch room you will get.

Very good for all types of accommodation. The rooms are very clean and very big. It has safe parking. The hotel's garden is very nice for meeting new people and also very suitable for children to play. The location is perfect. The breakfast was also very good. It is a great place that is especially recommended if you travel without car: so many locations are in walking distance, including the beach, the center, plenty of museums and other places. (If you have a car, it is also good: free parking lot is something that many other hotels cannot provide, and finding a parking space in the city this summer has been quite a quest for us.) Room are comfortable, private, quiet and just a great place to stay and relax after a long day of sightseeing or when it is raining outside. The place owner and the stuff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for creating such a great space and filling it with your hospitality!
