The hotel is in a good location, everything you need is nearby: shops, cafes, currency exchange and the sea is a few minutes' walk away. We must thank the owners who offered us for free a room upgrade from a standard to a superior room. Special thanks to the chef cook who prepared a delicious breakfast that changed every morning. Of course, it should be adjusted that almost every private house in Georgia has pets and dogs that can bark at night, as well as a lot of seagulls that hover over the city at night and can make a little noise. Knowing Russian will open many doors, because not everyone knows English.

The staff was very helpful and kind ready to serve you and make your staying comfortable and welcome but unfortunately they don’t know English and that is making it difficult to communicate. We used google translate in every situation

The WiFi is not working well. The breakfast was home made and very tasty but not many options for vegan. But the woman in the kitchen was very sweet and she was willing to complete your request. Also they have only instant coffee.

Hosts are welcoming, helpful and very, very kind. We asked for a couple of small things, like an extra pillow or a pair of scissors, and they always were ready to help. Our family are also grateful for home wine and chacha! Our rooms were nice, clean, we had enough space for all of our things, a kettle in case we wanted to drink tea in the evening. The hotel is located very conveniently, close to everything--the Batumi beach, Old City, restaurants.

We lived on the second floor, and our Wi-Fi was almost non-existent. Our hosts tried to help us but it was still a bit of a struggle, especially because we didn't have a Georgian SIM-card for the first three days of our stay.

Breakfast was very well prepared by a lovely cook, the room was great, bathroom also. The staff tried to fullfill your every wish, with special thanks to Roma who is the best manager who gave us good information.

We had a problem with the noise, first due to some noisy customers which is not the hotel's fault, but also due to not being soundproof, such as a rather noisy plumbing system and too little floor insulation. Also, the bedsheets were much too small for a double bed, very annoying indeed.

Cute little family run hotel near the batumi promenade. Breakfast was lovely and the family very hospitable. They also organize tours and excursions. Two types of rooms: apartments and double/triple standard. Elevator for suitcases. Small patio to chill. Quiet, while close to everything.

The hotel is in a little side street so not the best views. No tax exemption for diplomats in case you need it.

We really like hotel, room and breakfast. Hotel location is perfect. You can walk everywhere that casinos, restaurants, coffee shops and historical places. Katy was awesome woman. She makes for us delicious breakfasts and she always smiles. I like her energy very much. Owners are very helpful. They know many languages Turkish, English, Russian and Georgian language of course. I definitely recommend hotel phaliashvili. If I will visit batumi again I sure stay in here 😊 madloba for everything.

The owners and the crew were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent and clean. The breakfast is authentic and tasty. The hotel itself is at most 15 min. away from both the beach and the city centre and at the same time it is in a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommended.

If you travel with a car, parking might be a problem but this is true for pretty much everywhere in Batumi.

Staff: they are friendly and very accommodating. The lady in the kitchen is very accommodating, and she makes sure that all their guests know the menu that she prepared. Breakfast is very good. The guy in the reception Roma is very helpful and can communicate properly. We enjoy staying in the hotel. It's clean and comfortable. There is a space where we can dry our clothes. We are very happy to stay in the hotel.

There is no bidet.

The rooms were very clean, and the location is within walking distance to all major attractions. The reception is available 24/7. The hotel is run by a lovely family who were extremely kind and helpful. If I come to Batumi again, I would definitely stay at this hotel with great pleasure. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
