Perfect location. It is a beautiful, clean and welcoming hotel right in the middle of all Batumi attractions. I walked to all the points interest like Ali and Nino, the Alphabet Tower, the Marina and the Batumi Cable Car terminal. You are about 10 min walk to the sea/beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they understand English. The hotel itself has got beautiful interior and is kept very clean. My room on the 5th floor had a balcony with the street view. It was spacious with a comfortable bed. The room also has tea/coffee making facilities. You are provided with bottled water everyday. The breakfast is served on 2nd floor in a large restaurant and it provides a good balanced breakfast items. All in all I enjoyed my stay at the Era Palace hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Batumi.

The only thing missing from my room was table/study lamps on the sides of the bed.

Beautiful and comfy furniture, soft bathrobes and towels, clean and spacious room. There is a good AC too in the room. The breakfast was also tasty and a good variety to choose from. Location is close to the sea and eating and shopping facilities.

The sauna was not available. The temperature in the common spaces was too low, it was uncomfortable during breakfast.

The property was in a good location nearby with different shops, pharmacy, restaurants and 5 mins walk away from the Batumi Piazza (city center). The room was in a very good condition all the facilities were working. Hotel overall was perfectly matched with our expectations.

We did not have any negative comments for the hotel.

It was very close to the beach but still relatively quite and relaxing. the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. the staff were very friendly and considerate.

the floor was not an incredible design choice. and there was a sewer pipes smell in the bathroom when we first entered the room but after a day it went away.

The staff is excellent. Rooms are wide and clean. They allowed us to check in early and check out late at 16:00. Breakfast is good.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Soft floors, so I didn't hear any noise outside. Private bathtub, comfortable bed and nive design of room.
