It was an exceptional stay at alliance palace batumi, we had a studio type room and the upgraded it to panoramic view sea side, thank you very much Giorgi supervisor, zara and marita for their help, ❤️

Everything was nice. We originally chose a simple room, but due to having three small kids, the staff requested us to cancel that booking and take a larger room with a hall. Although this was unexpected, the staff was courteous and we were provided with a sea view room

an extra 110 lari for a larger room with a hall. A more suitable suggestion could have been a bigger room with an additional bed for a smaller fee, considering our eldest child is only 7 years old. Alternatively, for the 260 lari total, including the additional charges, a complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated.

Just FYI, the pool and gym is not open to guest at alliance palace. The pool area is accessed through Courtyard by Marriott and you have to pay 90 lari to enter which was a bummer.

I had a wonderful stay at the Alliance Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would like to extend a special thanks to Keti at the reception, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness made my experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her exceptional service truly stood out. I highly recommend the Alliance Hotel and will definitely be returning!

I found the lift service to be quite frustrating. The elevators were often busy, and I had to wait a long time to get to my floor. This was inconvenient, especially during peak hours, and I hope the hotel can address this issue to improve guest experience.

Really good hotel my stay was comfortable the location was in front of the city but you can see the beach its magical at night. the staff was really friendly and some was not. Mariam was helpful and Luke the bellboy was really nice and kind person.

The room was a little small. Some of the cleaning staff was rude I tried ro ask her something and she ignored me. Sometimes it takes 2-3 calls to give you what you ask when calling the reception. And its kind of crowded.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that all our needs were met throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Luka, Giorgi, Marita and all team for making our visit so memorable, and for the wonderful room upgrade. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast option. Although Alliance Palace is an apartment-style accommodation, they provide dining vouchers for Courtyard by Marriott, allowing us to enjoy a delightful breakfast each morning. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, adding to the overall luxury experience. The rooms, though small, were very well designed. Every inch of space was utilized efficiently, making the room feel cozy and comfortable without compromising on style or functionality. Safety and security were top-notch, which was particularly important to us as we were traveling with kids. We felt completely at ease, knowing that the environment was secure and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, making it the best place to stay within the city.
