Anyone who wants an amazing vacation - be sure to stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham BATUMI hotel. I have never met such professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness anywhere. And now in order - 1. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of the city, 10 minutes walk to the beach, the beach is very clean. 2. The rooms were cleaned when we asked, a very convenient system in the room for calling the cleaners. The water in the room was always renewed (this is very pleasing, especially when you come late at night and the stores are closed). 3. The breakfasts at the hotel are AMAZING!!! Firstly - the hot food for breakfast is always different and always delicious! secondly, the hotel staff refreshes the dishes as they run out (even if you come at the end of breakfast (breakfast from 08:00-11:00) 4. The rooms correspond to the photos on the website! and even better! The rooms offer an unforgettable view of the sea! And every evening you can see a very beautiful sunset, it is impossible to describe in words . the room has a very comfortable bed and soft bedding (it was a pleasure to sleep in it) and there is also an iron in the room and it is not damaged like in most hotels, we used it every day and it never damaged our things! 5. the hotel has an amazing spa and an area with sun loungers on the 4th floor (be sure to go there). 6. there are no queues in the elevators! (hi to everyone who lives in Orbi) 🤣 and I also want to say a special thank you to the young man who was at the reception when we checked in, he was very kind ❤️

I thought about this question for a long time and the only thing we didn't really like was that there were a lot of Russian tourists. But this doesn't apply to the hotel. The hotel exceeded all our expectations!!

The location is superb that you have the sea view and the city lights. Room size was big and amenities specially the victoria spa and gym are excellent 😍. I would like to thank our gentleman receptionist who really extended his efforts to assist us, i am sorry that i could not spell out his name, but he is the one always at night shift. Salute to this big guy.

It just happened that the AC wasn’t cold enough for the first 2 nights but we do appreciate the team specially the reception that they do their best to assist us and offered us even to shift to another room, that didn’t happened since after few hours the AC went work properly. One time cleaning service dis not do the proper cleaning of our room and we made a report about it.

It was our anniversary night and we informed and requested them , they were really attentive and took some extra steps to make it special and memorable day for us. Moreover they were responsive to our emails and requests for prepayment using online. There attentiveness was more apparent when they reached out to us during our stay to ensure our comfort and also to verify if we had any complaints which they can rectify (ofcourse we didnt have any) this shows the steps they make towards making their guests satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Casino was closed - I mean we did initially wanted to stay in the hotel because of casino but that was closed which was intimated to us but it would have been great if it was operational.

We stayed in the "Junior King Suite with Sea View" for 2 nights and it was spectacular! - The rooms were clean, neat and very well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and big. - The view (our room was sea-facing on the 16th floor) was amazingly breath-taking. Loved the view we had from our room. Definitely something that will stay in my memory for a long time - it is a bit of the city with sea view with the lighting at night! - Had all the basic amenities you would need. Only toothbrush/paste was something you need to ask reception and they will bring it to your room. But they mention this beforehand during check-in - Check in process was quick and easy. - Located very near to the beach, it is a walking distance to the boulevard. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to the beach and then to the Ali and Nino statue about 3kms away (it was a long pleasant walk along the Boulevard) - Lot of grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Carrefour is also located 5-10 mins away from the hotel. - The washrooms were spacious and very clean. - Staff members were all very polite and kind. - Could easily get bolt taxi here. We opted for no-breakfast option as there were many options nearby. Even though this is an expensive stay, would highly recommend staying here for atleast a day just for the VIEW and the comfort.

- Not an issue but just as info to other travellers - the bathroom does not have a health faucet. - 1 main issue we faced in our room was that the wifi was very weak - we got good signal in the hallways, decently good in the desk area but we did not get any signal on the bed. We had to rely on our mobile data because we had a local SIM else it would have been difficult. This is something that needs to be rectified as you pay so much for your stay and getting good wifi is a given these days. - The latch (above the lock) on the main door was either removed/broken.

Our stay at Ramada Hotel was amazing and above our expectations. Thanks to the staff we had a wonderful experience having our rooms next to each other and with amazing sea view. The swimming pool with a jacuzzi and saunas was great and we could relax in the evenings in a great ambience and amenities. The hotel is very close to the beach and a nice promenade. It is perfectly located with a wonderful view, the rooms are lovely and very spacious. Breakfast was great. We were delighted with the stay at the hotel, we were very well treated, and the experience was from the beginning until the very end above the expectations. We will be back in a short time.

There was a lack of hand soap from the beginning to the end of the 3-day stay, it was not refilled when the room was cleaned, the doorbell at the door did not work, it was not possible to connect to the neighboring room by hotel phone due to a malfunction.

Everything was clean, the room was spacious, check-in went great and I asked to stay a little longer when checking out and they allowed us to stay in one room for two hours overtime and return 2 rooms. The location is great and the staff is always smiling and happy to help.

The breakfast was okay overall, but I would have expected a hotel of this size to have a large buffet to cater to a larger portion of the guests. The water in the indoor pool is quite cold and a water cap is required even for men! The cap can be purchased at the spa reception.

We booked the Junior Suite which was stunningly beautiful! The view over the sea was awesome! We were allowed to bring our cat and she was welcomed so warm-heartedly that we felt truly welcome. The hotel has a big pool and a well equipped gym. The restaurant served delicious breakfast with a changing variety every day. The location is in easy walking distance to the beach. All staff was absolutely attentively and friendly at all times. I arrived a day after my birthday which I unknowingly spent in a horrible hotel and the staff at Ramada Wyndham sent a birthday cake to our room - it was so awesome to be cared for, again we felt so welcome. They went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend staying there!

Hello, We were very pleased with our stay at the Ramada Hotel. We would like to extend our special thanks to the Operations Manager, Tsira, who helped us with every issue we faced with a friendly attitude, Nino at the reception, who speaks Turkish fluently, and Jaba, who assisted us with our luggage. Although we experienced a reservation issue caused by Booking.com (despite booking for 4 people, Booking.com reflected our reservation as a single occupancy in a double room), which forced us to wait and experience significant stress until the hotel management resolved the situation on their own initiative, we are very grateful to these representatives who approached us with patience and a smile. If you visit the hotel, be sure to check out the casino for some fun! We would also like to thank the casino staff, Irma and Nona, for their friendly approach.

The problem with the booking was very dissapointing. We have to wait in discomfort and have to explain our seld over and over. But the hotel staff were amazing and very helpfull.

The hotel stay was wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful and relatively central, with spacious rooms and large beds. The reception staff exceeded all our expectations—they were always available, responded to every request with a smile and a willingness to help. I especially want to mention Ana, who was exceptionally service-oriented and efficient, handling all our requests perfectly and professionally.

The Casino was closed for all days at the time we arrived, the pillows can me more comfortable (I asked for comfortable pilow and the reception was there to help)

Large spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good sound insulation. Parking in the garage for hotel guests. A very large spa and wellness center with a large indoor pool and a well-equipped fitness center.

For a 5-star hotel and the price you pay, the breakfast could be a little better. Only filter coffee, they don't have olive oil for salads and vegetables, the cooks at the egg station don't speak a word of English and only offer omelettes, but I wanna have just simple fried eggs and couldn’t get any. I had to call the reception twice for housekeeping and ever after that they come to clean the room not before 5 PM.
