super nice staff at reception and house keeping. They are in general very helpful at reception, they guide you well and try to give you with what you ask for as much as they can. Great room, big and clean.

Staff at the restaurant mostly dont know English and they miss understand quite often. I asked for a Georgian beer and they just had one type that was not on the menu, I asked for the price and waiter said max 10 Lari, I ordered so many of it and at the end I had to pay 15 Lari for each Beer!! I ordered Limonite and I got one drink with some sort of herb no lemon in it. And returned it however, I had to pay for it anyway!!! And the picture of food on their menu is so different from the reality!

During our intense trip throughout Georgia we chose the New Wave hotel to spend 2 night and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room made a good impression - it was spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed the bed and its comfortable matress - I had a great sleep on it. In case you travel by car it is good to know that the hotel has a parking garage which is a must in a city as crowded as Batumi. The hotel provides an open buffet breakfast - it was tasty, but the food could have been more diverse (I would appreciate more kinds of meat to choose from, some local cuisine and fruits).

The hotel has a central steering AC system - you are unable to turn it on by yourself, you need to contact the reception (which we didn’t know about and thought it was broken). Other than that - everything was OK.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to Ruslan at the front desk – he was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

Excellent Stay in Batumi! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding – the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. On top of that, the location is absolutely perfect – close to everything you need, yet quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Ana and Miranda was so nice!!!

One odd thing, both time I stayed, when I checked out both times they asked me to wait whilst they checked the room. Maybe this is a Georgian thing

Nice hotel for a fairly good price

We stayed there for 2 times this week and in both rooms there were problems to find a decent temperature of air and water. For air the air conditioning remotes are locked, and with water its super easy to get burnt. Especially I would like to point out the incopetence of restaurant staff, which were rude and lacks any kind of skill to work in hospitality business. Reception girl was very nice though!

I stayed for a week in this hotel. I liked it very much. Polite staff, the room was clean, every day the cleaning lady came and cleaned. I had breakfast included, everything is fresh and tasty. If I come to Batumi again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. I recommend it to everyone 👍👍👍👍

Hotel location is excellent, especially if you are going to watch football or rugby in Batumi stadium. Rooms with see view are large and bright, with perfect view on newly renovated heroes square. Underground parking is also very convenient.

TV set is too small and mounted very uncomfortable manner.

It seems to be like a new hotel and is already very well structured. The staff was very professional, not to mention how Nani helped us with the refund and took care of our early departure situation. Everything was very well organized overall. The location was very close to the beach, a shopping mall and to the city center too.

The view from the panoramic windows was towards a construction zone, however, we cannot really blame the hotel, as the entire city is in a never-ending construction phase.

Plenty of choice in breakfast, excellent view from room, great price performance.

Bad soundproof for rooms - both nights our neighbours from rooms next to us, had a party and we felt like we were at the party. Thank god it was until 11pm (we were with a 2 years old baby). Good coffee at breakfast only for extra money.
