Location is great, it's very central, convinient price, nice beeakfasts, very clean.

You will hardly find anyone at reception, and you have to call the local number to make someone come and check you in, there is no bell or smth, so if you don't have a phone you would probably age waiting for anyone to come and check you in or out. Staff is generally friendly, except one of the ladies was extremely annoying and asking too many personal questions even though she saw I was trying to pack and was busy. Check in time is 4 pm, which is really weird, as the check out is at 12. Does it really take 4 jours to clean one room? Internet is very very bad. Also sone utilities like door locks and bathroom tap didn't work.

The stuff was really polite and helpful, they helped me find the entrance and supported me throughout the stay. Breakfast was great, there were some option to choose from, it was solid, the pastry was exceptionally tasty) The room had everything that I've expected: air conditioner, hair dryer, toiletries, cattle, tea and sugar, fridge, slippers

The entrance has no sign, so it's not obvious that it belongs to the hotel. Design of shower is questionable, it can't be closed, so water can gather on the floor and all bathroom becomes wet.

The convenient location and the friendly staff. Hard to find the entrance, but a staff was waiting for me in front of the building. The room was spacious.

No flat sheet on bed!!! No peep hole on the door. Only one key on the door, no chain. No 'Do not disturb/Clean the room' sign. No additional bottles of water for three nights. I said "No cleaning." after the first night, but no cleaning after the second and the third night, either.

The breakfast was amazing, the entrance to the terrace with coffee and tea at any time was very nice. The rooms were decent. The owner was extremely nice and friendly.

The location turned out to be not of best advantage in Batumi, but close to the beach.

- the staff was very friendly, responsive and ready to help - the hotel was well located and clean - there was a supermarket in the same building

- the breakfast was big but very monotonous (six out of seven days the food was the same) and cold (even fried eggs) - the lift stops between floors so you have to carry your luggage either down or up anyway

rooms, beds, sheets and blankets were very clean and comfortable, they cleaned our rooms everyday. the ground floor of the hotel is a supermarket which sells different foods and drinks as well. the rooms are spacious enough. we liked the balcony so much

it could be much better if there was some cooking stuff and also a trash bin in rooms

The hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to the must see places. The airport is very close also. The room is spacious and every in the room is shiny clean. The bed is really comfortable. The breakfast is good enough. The staff can’t speak English but they’re trying to communicate by translate apps and they’re really helpful.

Good air conditioning, on the first floor there is a store with cooked and cheap food, so easy to grab something for lunch or dinner

The kitchenette lacked dishes and soap and there was no one at the reception most of the time

The location is perfect. Breakfast was amazing we loved it. Room was clear and fresh. Wifi connection was okay.

Staff is not cheerful as we read from comments. They don't know English. Nobody could ask how is our trip or day etc. We didnt get any smile or response. Anyway, I gave 10 points because it hotel is totally p/p.
