Beautiful room with good views and comfortable bed. There was a lot of space and big windows. You could see all the way to the sea. We only stayed for one night but wished we had stayed for longer. We had to leave early to catch the flight back to our country, and they were sweet to give us breakfast boxes to go. The staff were super nice!

The balcony railing was a bit low so it felt a bit scary at the 9th floor. :D But it seems like the balconies in other buildings also had a similar railing…

Choosing this hotel was a good choice, the location was in the new town and very near to the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was good but as good as a 4 star hotel because we had a much better breakfast in a 4 star hotel in Turkey. But the options are enough to enjoy with that view to the city. The rooms were big and beds were great comfortable.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have any parking, they try to help and park the car but it is good at all. Batumi is crowded city with many cars which we had a nightmare to find a place to park the cars. The other thing was the bathrooms, there was to hose or dedicated water for the toilets and it made a bad situations for the WC.

Great hotel after renovation. Service at a high level, all arising problems are solved promptly and without additional charges. It is very nice that we got rooms with a sea view, it is also very cool that in some rooms there were capsule coffee machines that were not registered in the conditions of the room. The breakfasts are really great. Diverse, tasty and for every taste, they even include Georgian national dishes.

It's a good hotel with a comfortable room, we had a good view from the 8th floor. We had all of we need. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty and had many different types of food. We spent there a few days, and can recommend it.

There is a couple of parking places for the whole hotel, hard to find where to leave the car (if you are from a smaller city).

I booked a two bedroom suite, it was very spacious, the location is great, the breakfast is varied and the staff are helpful, especially Timo, the guy in the restaurant was very helpful, there are many supermarkets around the hotel and a playroom for kids.

I love spending time in this hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the atmosphere is lovely, and the room was comfortable. Also, the location is perfect, close to many important attractions. thank you for everything

We booked 2 standard rooms for 3 night at the beginning for a very competitive price, upon our arrival to the hotel, the receptionist happily upgraded both rooms to junior rooms for a small extra fee which was amazing by them! The rooms were great and worth every cent, had chakuzi, big and comfortable bed, 2 balconies, couches and suprisingly spacious, the AC was also on point during cold winter days. Amazing location, the hotel has proved its quality despite of the 3 star rating. PCR test is also supported by the hotel service at 70gel rate per person with same day results printed on paper. A special thank you for staff member Ms. Tsitsi for making sure of our well being and comfort stay! This is going to be my go-to hotel in batumi city. Best regards, Abu amsha Mohammad.

The only one negative thing i could think of is that we had to pay 30gel for bringing over a friendly guest to the room.
