Rooms are very clean, spacious, bright, sea view, great service, luxurious, no complains what so ever. I really enjoyed my trip. The best part was the free breakfast (if you chose that option when booking). That was incredibly tasty, full, and they bring it to your room free of charge if you want. The two restaurants that are in the hotel are the best kosher restaurants in the whole Georgia. Unforgettable experience!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionists- they helped us with all we needed with a smile, I really felt that they want to help you and that's rare nowadays. The food was great and the takeaway option is surprisingly generous and delicious!!!

A bit expensive. The spa isn't included in the price.

As someone who keeps kosher and travel a lot i learned to appreciate being able to eat hot food aboard -its not trivial at all. I found the breakfast excellent ! Didn't try the dinner but the menu looks good In addition the staff was really nice and friendly and even though they are not talking English that well (can cause some misunderstandings) once understood anything i needed was resolved quickly and with a smile I got a very good deal IMO which made me even more happy with the stay

note that the hotel will not fit all. if you come to the hotel to relax in a swimming pool or spa that isn't the place for you If your expectation from kosher food is to have the same dishes you find in Israel you might be disappointed - from my travels perspective i was really happy with the food

Nice receptionist. Fantastic secure underground parking. Excellent clean room with fresh fruit. Super quiet. Very central. Clean bathroom. Good shower. Best breakfast ever (Saturday)! Highly recommended.

There was no evening meal on a Friday - whilst I respect this, the receptionist never mentioned it, and in fact told me what time dinner was served - so I was looking forward to it!

nice kosher breakfast, many options, the menu changed a bit every day. the staff was friendly and helpful. umbrellas on loan at the front desk and a scale to weigh the suitcases with.

it was very warm in the rooms, had to turn off the heating. channels were mostly in Russian and Georgian which was surprising.

The professional staff of the hotel offers treats and a very professional service, the cleanliness of the hotel is at a very high level and the staff of the restaurant provide excellent service. The reception staff is very kind!! I enjoyed it very much and recommend it to everyone

The room was really large. everything was clean. The bed was comfy. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it. The view from the room was nice, seaside. The location is not central but quite reachable with a taxi.

Renovation works were in progress, so in some places of corridors was unpleasant to see some unfinished works. Also, in a Lobby some guys were sitting (definitely not guests) and "observing the situation" :)) - actually, seems it is common for some hotels in Batumi, because I have seen it in other places as well. It will be good if they guess that it is not a good practice :)

Decent... Miranda was most helpful & polite! cooking in general a little too spicey for my taste! water-melon would have been appreciated!! DIANA & MALMIVA were also excellent courtesy limousine to airport much appreciated.. driver even stopped at CHANGE for us!!

the weather!! no sign to hang on door PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB!! Cleaners didnt know if we were in room or not!! mattresses need renewing before we return!!!

The rooms are big enough, kids were happy.

The shower was leaking. Amenities was not filled enough. Breakfast was only with appetizers, hot food was not served. The waiter brough some warm food, but it was obvious from yesterday. I would not recommend this hotel for European visitors during the weekend.

I had a very good experience in the hotel. The room was big and had a lot of space, warm, clean and a good view. Breakfast was superb.

There was a problem with electricity in part of the room. The hotel did offer to give us a different room. The shower was not sealed and water came out.
