We are back to our familiar and beloved place! A particularly warm welcome, a smiling staff that helps with any question or request. The place maintains a high level of hospitality over the years and even improves over time. We were privileged to receive wonderful hospitality, a good breakfast, spa services from the best in Batumi, Excellent room service and diligent maids and waiters. A special thanks to Nino,from the reception, the one and only, who welcomed us again this time with great love and a wonderful feeling that we are at home. Excellent property with amazing breakfast spread. Amazing sea front views - great communication. Top notch facilities. Ani at the reception has great communication skills and does her job exceedingly well with multiple requests taken care swiftly. Overall pleasant stay right next to the beach activities - Multiple restaurants in a walking distance to the property.

Nothing which i didnt like - this is excellent property with amazing smiling staff A feedback to the property management company - Lift/elevator was rather slow and stopped functioning couple of times which created a massive queue during peak hours ( breakfast time ) - it would be good to get the elevators fixed

The hotel has a pleasant and respectable atmosphere, the decoration is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast and the food in the restaurant are good, the location is very good.

It didn't bother us that the hotel is a bit outdated and some things in the rooms need refreshing. On the evening of our arrival, we asked for a technician to come to fix the TV that was not working, but despite further reminders, he arrived the next afternoon...

The standard room was a reasonable size and the twin beds were comfortable and we had a nice balcony. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and were pleasantly surprised at how good and inexpensive the food was. The Maitre D' was incredibly helpful.

The car park is small and unpleasant. The pool was out of action while we were there which was really annoying as the weather was terrible.

I liked the room and the staff, breakfast was nice and a lot of variety. I really liked beds and mattresses, it was very comfortable to sleep and to have a good rest. We even managed to enjoy swimming pool, hammam and sauna.

There were 3 of us, but we had towels for only 2 people. So looks like housekeeping needs to be supervised. And jacuzzi was cold, although it is supposed to be 38 degrees Celsius

My stay with you was good, but I have to improve the breakfast and cleaning of the rooms at normal hours and not in the evening. We came to clean three times at 6:00 PM in the evening, and this is after I asked several times to come and clean.

location was amazing, and i lost 150 euros the staff found it and gave it back to me without me mentioning it to the staff.

they can improve their breakfast and that would make the hotels prestige much better

Excellent location, close to the center. Great staff. Clean, accessible and very tidy hotel. Nice gym and excellent pool.

The breakfast is relatively poor, but the closing time of 11:00 a.m. allows people who come to rest to not feel stressed.
