I liked everything! An exceptionally peaceful location only 5min drive from city centre, a view from my balcony to die for and the staff made me feel extremely welcome! Everyone I have interacted with (Lasha, Ada, Julia) welcomed me and made me feel like a family member. I had issues using UK bank cards to top up Georgian sim on the Georgian app, Lasha topped it up for me and refused to take money for it . He said "a gift from the hotel". I ordered lunch, I got desert on the house. I was the only guest that night between 2 big group bookings and they made bbq just for me. I asked where can I buy Svaneti salt and in minutes I got a few packets "a gift from the hotel"... In the morning the home made breakfast that awaited me could have easily fed an entire family. Julia and Ada sat with me during the breakfast and we had such an enjoyable conversation. I was made to take some food for the road. We exchanged numbers and I already know that I will be back, next time - for longer. I had such a welcoming and enjoyable stay, the hospitality of this family had no limits. Thank you so much for everything!!!

We stayed for three nights and were quite pleased with our experience overall. The location was particularly impressive, offering stunning views of the mountains and Svanetia from the balcony. It's worth mentioning that having a car is recommended for easier access. The breakfasts were delicious, and we appreciated the tranquil atmosphere.

Our room felt a bit outdated, and despite requesting a knife and an iron, we ended up fetching them ourselves. We also noticed that there was only one set of shower gels and two tea bags for a three-day stay, which seemed insufficient. Additionally, the room lacked mugs, utensils, and glasses, which would have been a welcomed addition. The bed was soft but extremely creaky, which made for a less comfortable sleep experience.

Great location, rooms were comfortable, the staff were very cooperative, anything we needed we received (extra towels, heat on, laundry service etc…). Food fits adults and kids as well (local food and pizza/pasta as well)

The only thing that was missing is a fabric shower curtain… all the rest is perfect

The view was breathtaking, the staff was delightful and considerate. In my opinion it was the best time to see the most beautiful period of the autumn. If you want something close to the center, it's not it. We like to walk and explore and it was perfect for us. It's about 20+ min walking. The owner is very sweet. Thank you Nadari!

Super friendly staff. Ready to help with all the questions. The hotel itself is very well situated right out of the city center, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Mestia. There are semidetached wooden buildings, rooms equipped with all necessities. And there is a balcony to enjoy the views. The hotel has a nice yard, even though there was snow during my stay, I think it will be a big plus for warmer weather. Delicious reakfast was served in the restaurant area, which has breathtaking views. Also, tried local dishes in the evening in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Banguriani. The view from the room was outstanding, and the owner was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time when I visit Mestia.

Pretty nice place with a parking place (outside). Amazing view from the balcony.

There is no tea pot in the room. if you want a hot water - you should ask the administrator. There is not clean bathroom (with a mold in the corners). There is not a good signal of WiFi in a room (I stayed in a Deluxe room). And yes, breakfast is not a strong point of this place.

Staff service and location was awesome. Food really tasted well. Better food in my whole Georgian trip. Location was beautiful.

Beds were little uncomfortable. May be due to springs. Rest all good.

The hotel staff is amazing. Throughout our stay, they were very accommodating and were more than helpful in solving the problems of our entire trip. Their hospitality is exceptional.

Our stay was marred by power outages throughout Mestia, but the staff tried very hard to solve everything.
