Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.. We enjoyed our evenings in the bar with our dog - the waiter who took care of us every night was excellent (so sorry we didnt take his name!). We appreciated the reception teams' help to find a solution for us for breakfast so we didn't have to leave our dog alone in the room. We loved the outdoor pool!

There is no outside bins even in the car park - and when you have your dog with you it's needed ! For future guests - there is a bin up the main road a bit, after where you turn in to go the main car park.

Wonderful location, well maintained gardens. Exudes peace and relaxation. Interesting layout in the property, full of nooks and crannies, quite quirky. Plenty of spa and relaxation areas where you can quietly sit and read (good selection of books) or just relax. Most likely better in summer when you can also relax next to the outdoor pool where most of the loungers are. Bedrooms comfortable, well furnished with pleasant outlook from the balcony. Good catering at the Villa restaurant for breakfast and dinner and in the bar. Although the dinner menu was a little disappointing (cheese for starters and dessert). The spa treatments were good and imagine that the yoga and other offers would be too but didn’t stay long enough to try them all. Easy parking on site. All in all an excellent stay.

Nothing really. Had to wait at reception for check in and check out though not massively long. Changing facilities in the spa very small. Had to change in the hallway and make room for people passing.

The dinner and breakfast was fantastic. The pools were wonderful.

It would have been nice to have a cup of tea or coffee included with the mid-afternoon cake (free). It was a surprise that we had to pay for our tea/coffee. Also, at midnight, the staff disposed of glass bottles right outside my window, which woke me up and it was very difficult to fall back asleep. There was a crying baby outside which disturbed our relaxation time.

Clean, specious rooms, The food was absolutely delicious at villa resturant Every dish was beautifully presented. Whether you’re a guest at the hotel or just stopping by for a meal, this restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

No room services, the water bottle in the room is not changed daily, i have to call the reception every day for that and most of the time the receptionist don’t pick the calls.

The saunas, the pools, the rooms, the superb breakfasts, the fireplace, the candles, going for cake in our bathrobes. It is a beautiful place!!!

My daughter and I would have appreciated an orientation to the spa itself. There were so many wonderful things to do and places to go, but it was not easy to find them.

Amazing facilities, great food, relaxing setting

The staff could have been more helpful. We didn’t have a car so really struggled to get all our luggage down to reception from our lodge to check out, and also massively struggled to get a taxi.

Neglected landscaping TV remote wasn’t usable Shower drain was inadequate and leaked water throughout the bathroom floor.

Everything about Bollants is a cut above all others. Fabulous place to pamper yourself and recharge ones batteries. already planing my next stay there. The whole Team maskes one feel like Royality .

Fabulous get away, great place to relax in the Spa Area and three choices of restaurants to choose from,all top notch. Always an incredible experience, highly recommend everyone to come and experience Bollants first hand .
