The room was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. The base rate of €100 per night was initially reasonable for the quality offered.

The €30 fee for bringing a dog felt excessive, as I’m used to seeing around €15 elsewhere. The response to my cancellation request was disappointing: either a €10 discount or a €50 cancellation fee. When my partner got locked out just after midnight, the owner’s reaction came across as annoyed, rather than helpful or understanding.

This was our second stay at this lovely hotel. Everything is beyond reproach. You should know that they have at least 2 huge multibed rooms, brilliant for larger parties. We travel with another family and so our 4 'children' (in their 20's) can share. Excellent restaurant, have the Schweinshaxe if you're hungry. Breakfast is plentiful. Convenient stopover en route to Alps. Large shopping centre nearby for supplies/fuel. All staff super friendly. Enjoy!

Great staff, comfortable, clean and spacious room, elevator, Biergarten on premises, location close but not too close to the highway.

The street got noisy at a very early hour.

Handy location for a stop over off the motorway. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Spacious triple room, with one double and one single bed. All very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor bar area. Plenty of parking.

The accommodation is modern and comfortable and has a big car park right outside. We enjoyed our stay in the quiet small town. Reception staff were friendly and the room spacious. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location and very picturesque German building.

Breakfast could certainly be improved. Not enough continental variety. Other German hotels serve more fruits and vegetables with more variety of breads.

Gasthof Krone is a charming hotel and the owner/host is very friendly and super helpful. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We had a wonderful dinner in the hotel's restaurant. We could also charge our electric car, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back for another visit the next time we are traveling through this area.

This is a really lovely hotel, with owners who obviously take a great deal of care and pride in their work. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, even though the hotel was busy with a wedding on the night we stayed. The room and bathroom were huge, both spotlessly clean. The hotel is very dog friendly, and we were able to take our dog into the restaurant with us. The food was excellent and great value for money, and it helped that it was open quite late as we arrived later than planned. The breakfast was amazing - beautiful food, beautifully presented. We stayed at this hotel as a stopover on our way to Italy and the location is great for that - it's not at all far from the motorway and easy to find. There is a large park nearby to walk the dog in, and a great bakery in town to get takeaway rolls from in the morning for your onward journey. Really excellent place - highly recommended.

I honestly can't think of anything that could have been better - it was just perfect for our requirements.

Great travel stop, 5 minutes of the motorway so more of a gasthouse than a motel feel. Super modern and equiped but retains traditional feel. Restaurant in house, and excelent restaurants nearby.
