I rarely give a rating of 10 but the Burgblick got everything right - check-in was quick (and earlier than many hotels), staff were helpful and spoke English. They found us a table for dinner in the in-house "Ochs" restaurant, the room was large and light with plenty of storage, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom modern. Facilities including tea and coffee-making in the room, quality toiletries, and a large, comfortable bed. A wide selection of breakfast items was offered. Wine from their own Weingut was available for purchase. We appreciated the secure bike storage since we were on a cycle tour.

The hotel was amazing! Immaculately clean, our room was very big, with attention to the last detail with very comfortable beds and spectacular views! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and everything was local and delicious. So was the breakfast! The stuff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!

location nice and quiet at night, restaurant Ochs was good nice music and ambiance, breakfast was plentiful and fresh. walk up the steps, located behind the hotel through the vineyards to Lieser, Staff were friendly! good bus connections from Forum. parking nearby.

squeaky floor in our room no 25 hope it didn’t disturb the guests below. Ran out of hot water a number of times during our 3 night stay however my partner got lucky each time!! need to increase hot water storage capacity to accommodate a full hotel. guests who booked through booking.com portals etc had to pay an extra €16 per couple to use the sauna. We did not need it but it should be made clear on the booking.com website prior to booking.

The food and wine were absolutely amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The terrace was nice to sit out on.

We had room one which was at the front of the hotel, so it was quiet noisy. The shower cubicle was only small, and you could easily knock the temperature control, which could be nasty.

A cute hotel at a tranquil location on the Keus part of Bernkastel-Keus. Around 15 mins to Bernkastel. Excellent and friendly staff. The room is simple, with everything necessary. Plain in terms of design and functional in terms of accommodation.

The older guy (owner perhaps?) was very rude to the customers and made us at least feel not welcome at the hotel. All the other staff members were very nice and did an excellent job.

Nice old building which was totally modenisized inside - and very tastefully so. Extremely cosy and nice interior. We had our room in the top floor, it was large and lovely. Breakfast was really good, too. Walking distance to all places in Bernkastel-Kues.

Next to the church. So if you are a light sleeper and/or want to sleep a little longer, you might want to take this (early church bell) into consideration.

We love Bernkastel-Kues, and Burgblickhotel is a great place to enjoy the town from. The rooms were each unique, and one of ours had a big balcony. Though the weather was cold and wet, the hotel was cozy and warm. The breakfast was superb!

It was a bit of a walk down to the Christmas Market, but we got to see more of the town.

The food at the hotel´s restaurant was super good and included an extensive wine menu. General ambience and facilities as expected for the location. Our room was comfortable and nicely equipped.

The views that give the hotel it´s name don´t apply for the majority of rooms since we were allocated in a side building next to the parking area. Can´t say I was made aware of this while booking. Some fixtures in the room could benefit from readjustments and repairs.

Fifteen minutes walk to old town over the bridge. Quiet location. Comfy bed. Good breakfast with choice of freshly cooked eggs. Great shower. Would stay again.

Proper cups instead of paper ones in room would be better. Stair carpet had loose rod. Only minor things.
