I have stayed here a number of times now and have always been happy with the stay. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Bocholt town, but that does mean that parking is limited and can be awkward to find the first time. The rooms are fine, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The bathroom is great too, with a lovely shower and soft towels. Breakfast is also good with eggs cooked to order and a cold buffet with a good variety. I will try and stay here again next time I am in Bocholt.

Not much... The limited and restricted parking is the only slight negative point - although I have usually managed to park.

Breakfast was good. We love it !! Room and bathroom were very spacious. The sofa looks very nice but not comfortable to sit in. It's good to have a mini fridge and coffee machine. The location was fantastic right in the centrum and it has enough parking space and free too !!

The soap in the shower was empty, the coffee machine was empty (no capsuke at all), therecwere no single towels. We finally got the towels but they were still a little bit wet.

All in all nice for a night. Easy to reach, directly in the center of the town with good parking. Modern bathroom with large shower. Air condition...but...

....the air condition unit has a remote, which you have to find. Otherwise the unit itself won't do a thing. The breakfast is with 15 Euros way too expensive for a rather basic continental.

One of the beds in the room was unmade showing just a badly fitted non complete covering bed protector with the rest of the mattress exposed. . This was unpleasant as I am allergic to dust mites and it should have a fulled covered mattress even if just with a bottom sheet.

Everything was nice and should have better rating than 8, but the good looking and uncomfortable combination of pillows pushed it down.

The pillows. Good looking, nice for doing stuff on the phone but the middle one which we would like to use for the real sleep was too small and uncomfortable. No chance to find the correct combination of pillows. Small and medium were way too small, the big one on other site too big. Issue you will not solve in the middle of the night, but the experience with bad sleep just can't be a good one. We noticed at breakfast, that everyone from other rooms eating at the same time experienced the same issue. Please change just the middle one, as everything else was super nice and is worth recommending.

Clean spacious public areas and bedroom. Selection of pillows. Clean walk in shower. Friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast. Internet good. Public toilet in restaurant had hand cream which was a nice touch.

Not all towels were soft. No coffee in the room, no toilet rolls in the bathroom so took from another room. .

I found this hotel was valuable because the location was pretty nice . It was located in the city center, where was very easy to find bars and restaurants around, not far away from the train station. The room is clean and all self check-in , the staff left the room key on the table directly.

Since it was near to the street so sometimes during the morning time it was a bit noisy, not quiet as imagined.

great experience from the moment we arrived. Maya very welcoming and checked us in with easy. Large, very clean room. Bed very comfortable. Location of hotel easy walk to town centre and its restaurants, cafes, shops. Really enjoyed our stay.

I had a fabulous stay with my daughter in the Apartment. It was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff is very friendly and ,though not many speak English , they are all lovely and helpful, so we felt at home. The breakfast is continental buffet style, plenty of choices and they make the nicest scrambled eggs! Different types of bread, pastries, cheeses and cold meats, muzzarella tomato and fresh basil, jams, butter, yogurts and rice puddings, fruits, coffee, teas. The staff always is very attentive when serving the breakfast making sure you are happy. The hotel holds the restaurant Le Dayo, honestly the nicest food in our trip! David and Yves run the bar and restaurant and are very friendly people. Both speak English. Location is great in the middle of the town. We loved Bocholt and we were fascinated about how much the locals love ice cream and cake ! The square is always full of people sitting down at the Cafes . Great Hotel, would recommend it and I will come back.

We ordered late out breakfast, but it was no problem. Thebreakfast was fine.

We did not know there was no reception on arrival. But our entrance was arranged and we had no problems.
