Second stay at this location. The apartment suite "Dresden" was not the same size as "Hamburg." The bathroom in Dresden was in the main bedroom and not a separate as in Hamburg. All in all, both places are exceptionally well furnished and clean. Looking forward to our next stay!
That the EV charger is being made available for tenants. The website states that EV charge is available, but when onsite staff informed that EV charge station is only for staff and not tenant.. Remove EV charge station from website since only available for staff.

This place is exceptionally great overall and is located about 2km from the downtown area. Very well maintained and modern equipment onsite. Loved that bikes are onsite for customer usage. Facilty also has a iron and ironing board. GREAT PLACE AND IF ANYONE IS VISITING THIS AREA, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY.
There was a charge station on site, but it's not available for paying customers only for employees. The advertisement on the websites shows all rooms having a living room with a couch and a separate bedroom. When requesting an additional bed, the couch in the living room is the extra bed with an additional daily fee. If there are different types of rooms, meaning no pull out bed/couch in a room recommend indicating as so since the website doesn't state this. Recommend that Refugium am Wasserturm include the room name Koln (City in Germany) in the confirmation upon booking this will confirm that additional request will be added/included. GREAT PLACE AND IF YOU ARE VISITING THIS AREA, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY.

Out of expectation! The room was clean and tidy, good location (when taxi, just say Burger King, with a bakery). All equipment were in good condition. Will rebook if I have the chance to been there next time!

Clean modern design, mostly in very good technical condition. If the place had an AC it would be worth the high cost
No AC, w-lan key was not visible, however, a short phone call was enough to solve this issue, the location is a bit off the city centre
