Lots of space in the 2 bed apartment , everything worked and spotlessly clean. Team who checked us in were superb ( a lady and a gentleman) , very friendly and helpful . Showed us where to park and took us to the room . Dealt with a room mix up quickly and without fuss . Great location, just a 20 minute walk into the centre. Thanks for looking after us so well ! Oops, almost forgot, a great breakfast in the morning .Plenty of choice, lots of space and nice relaxing atmosphere.

Very very nice personnel. Everyone without exception. You feel the attention, the care and the willingness to make you feel welcome. The bed is very comfortable, the room quiet with no noise heard from other rooms, despite a weeding happening.

Service at reception was wonderful, very freindly and helpful. The room size was big and room very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and nice shower gel and hand soap provided.

It was a hot weekend, and the room didn't seem to have any air con. When we opened the window, we could hear the traffic on the main street, which for us personally was a little noisy.

Very beautiful rooms. The "Sofa beds", for my children, were more like real single beds, very comfortable. This room was on the 5th floor, with very nice windows to the sky, a lot of light and nice view. The main room was also very nice, with a big bed and similar kind of window. It is not so close to the center, 1.5km, but also not so far, so we left the car at the hotel and went to the center walking.

Room was very large and spacious. Had a separate room for working, which was nice. Hotel is situated in a quiet area, but within walking distance to the city center. Staff was very nice and helpful

The shower was a little small, no cooling or proper airconditioning and noice in the street sometimes, people shouting etc

A bit noisy because of the street and because you could hear other people in the hallway, stairwell and other rooms. It eventually got quiet once everyone went to bed!

Parking, although they have spaces for guests, was still tight.

The hotel is just a few bus stops from the train station, everything is in the neighborhood, such as REWE, which is was around 200 m from the hotel.
