Great location and value for money. This was the most affordable option for the dates we were in Munster. Staff was very friendly, we could leave our luggage in the luggage room for a couple of hours on the day of the check out. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had two sinks which was quite useful.

The room didn’t have airco and was on the top floor so it was quite hot. A ventilator was available in the room, without it sleeping would be not pleasant. The windows don’t filter the noise of the streets completely and the area in front of the station is quite noisy. The mattress was a bit too hard for my taste.

The rooms and public areas were simple clean and good value. Apart from that the staff were good attentive in serving drinks at the table. The breakfast was excellent and very good value.

The bar staff were friendly but lacking in skills. There was not even a cocktail shaker behind the bar and my request for a martini was met with a withering look as if I should not waste his time with silly things like that.

very convenient location in the center. walking distance to everywhere downtown. rooms are good and fully sufficient and clean. also good soundproofing. super friendly and forthcoming staff. their service can't be overemphasized !

single rooms are a bit on the small side - especially the bathroom. but it's still ok for a normally grown male.

We arrived past midnight very tired but the check-in staffs were lively, in a good mood and friendly. The hotel location is just opposite the train station. Very convenient. My room was spacious. It has tile flooring so it was kind of cold to walk barefoot but i had my flipflops with me. The bathroom was spacious but it is so bare that there was no space for my toiletries bag. The sauna area is nicely done even though it is small with only one 90°c sauna room.

The bathroom door is those milky type glass facing the bed that would have made me real uncomfortable if i was with anyone other than my husband.

Room was very clean and had everything you could want from it. Location was perfect for anyone who needs to get to the train station, literally across the road from it. Staff were very friendly

Being so close to the train station does mean that outside is very noisy so opening your window to cool down does let in a lot of noise, thankfully they do block noise very well when closed. When checking in the receptionist forgot to give me wifi access details. The booking.com page list's laundry services however when i asked at reception they directed me to local laundromats.

1. The glass door to the bathroom/toilet with a straight view to the bed - nearly had us checking out 2 min after getting there. 2. You get a free drink in the hotel, but it's the smallest beer I have seen in 30 years served by a guy who didn't care. So we went to other places straight after and didn't go to breakfast at the hotel. 3. Parking capacity was very limited.

Excellent location opposite the railway station and a short walk to everything. This is a no frills hotel but my single room was spacious and clean. There wasnt any noise. Its good value for money. An excellent breakfast was served in bistro next week.

Great location, clean room, welcoming. The receptionist in the morning was very helpful, for example happy to print airline boarding pass. She had a good sense of humour.

Some, not all, of the staff in the adjoining Bistro didn’t come across as particularly friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, our double room was spacious, the staff was cordial and helpful, and we generally enjoyed our stay. It does the job for a hotel by a train station.

The location is a bit noisy due to the train station being right in front of it, but the hotel provides earplugs so that issue was addressed easily. I'm assuming a room on the other side of the hotel would be quieter. The floor is all tile, which is easy to keep clean but gets slippery if wet.
