Check in staff amazing and really helpful, great beers from the bar too and prices reasonable. Location is perfect for getting everywhere, with electric scooter parking outside too. Lovely bar round the corner for food / drinks, and a gorgeous coffee shop at the main door for breakfast if you dont pay to eat at the hotel. Hotel itself is really clean, beds comfortable, although are all single beds. Shower is amazing. Hairdryer not so much. All in all a nice hotel. Would return.

Be advised that ALL rooms are 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. We went down to reception to ask about this and were told that all rooms in this hotel are like this. Upgraded room to Superior but dont expect anything massive or fancy, very clean however. Expensive for the room i'd say.

Great location, and conveniently attached to the car park. Locaties right in the Old Town. I have mobility issues, so it was easiest to just park our car for the two days we were there, and get around by walking (my husband) and wheeling (me). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was large and comfortable.

TV speakers in the bathroom seemed odd. Breakfast was not included, and was a further €21 per person. We thought this was pricey, so we opted to not have breakfast at the hotel. I will note though, that most hotels in the area do include breakfast without an additional charges, all of which are higher than this hotel. We are just cheap.

Very good location in the city center with the shopping areas and a good number of cafes and bakeries nearby. The rooms were really spacious, comfortable and clean. And having the underground parking right under the building (at least the part we stayed at) with a multiple entry arranged by the hotel is a really great bonus for car travellers. Parking is paid serparately, but I was informed about it in advance, so it was just part of the terms. Certainly worth to repeat the same hotel for another stay.

Nothing to complain. Just couple of things to mention for information - the extremely soft pillows (true German style!) and the very heavy external doors nearly everywhere - presumably for security reasons. Still, no problem at all.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, but the first time during the warm season — and I have to say, I’m absolutely loving the breakfast terrace! The breakfast itself is great, with a big variety, everything fresh and super tasty. The room has big windows with an nice view, it’s clean and really comfortable. Big thanks to the hotel team for taking such good care of everything!

The only small thing — the top part of the window we used for airing out was a bit dusty. But it’s hard to notice unless you actually touch it. I’m sure it’s something you can easily fix!

The reception staff were super helpful when we arrived and assisted us with the safe parking of our vehicle nearby - this was MUCH appreciated. The room we had was excellent, spacious, clean, well equipped, very comfortable bed, and great bathroom. It was super quiet, and we had a very good nights sleep ahead of the next days travel. The breakfast on the terrace in the moaning was lovely, and very well presented with lots of delicious options. Would definitely stay here again.

The electronic keys were not easy to use - they only worked after 5-6 attempts, and sometimes not at all. At one point I went down the stairs to Reception and couldnt get out through the locked door. I had to go back up the stairs to get in the lift.

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast.

The room we were initially given had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drains. We notified the hotel staff and they were unable to move us the first night due to all rooms being full, but they moved us into a different, nicer room the next night and it was extremely comfortable. They did go above and beyond to correct the issue.

Front of house staff on arrival had trouble with their booking.com interface and their system didn’t have the correct information on it - I was told that they couldn’t change anything because the booking had been made through booking.com. It took a long time to resolve in very warm temperatures, with my family waiting in the car. Eventually, a phonecall to a colleague allows us to check in as per our original booking

Clean and easily accessible, parking available and in a fantastic location

My American elderly mother did not like that no washcloths were provided. User temperature control would have been helpful. Noise from delivery vehicles in the early morning woke us because we had our windows open.

To arrive at a hotel room and find that everything has been thought of, a place For everything, mirrors where needed, comfortable bed and great pillows and sheets, shower with plenty of hot water and ample! Well designed, breakfast offered enough and good quality products. Staff was kind and helpful. Good we Will Come Back and will recommend it !

Would have love salmon at breakfast time…parking to get there was a challenge this time. Next time we will know better.
