The hotel was very accommodating of our dog and provided food bowls, a dog bed and treats. The staff were super helpful. The room size was generous for the price (we had a discount) and the bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was also excellent (very important after a week of wild camping!). The hotel is in a convenient location, lots of nice restaurants and cafes close by. We were just stopping over on our way back to Switzerland and we're pleasantly surprised by both the hotel and Munster.

Excellent location in on the edge of the city centre. We were very close for the Christmas markets which was the reason for our trip. The rooms were great and we even won an advent prize during our breakfast which was quite nice.

The beds are a bit firm, but this is a common problem we fine when travelling. There was no restaurant open in the evening when we were there, so this was a bit disappointing as we were late in and had to go out and try and find something to eat.

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the train station, the old town, harbour and 10 minutes from Aasee. Personnel at front desk are extremely helpful, friendly, spoke English well and do a great job. The rooms are very clean and quiet, both me and my partner had excellent sleeps 😁. The shower is nice and powerful.The lobby bar is nice, and the staff gave us great recommendations for drinks. Overall, i would say that the rooms are very nice, but the personnel is what makes this hotel excellent. Besides the hotel, Munster is beautiful, filled with lovely, kind people. We had an amazing time.

The only minor point is that the drain in the shower does not drain the water away quick enough when the shower is on full power. But as mentioned, the shower is powerful.

Despite being a very good hotel, some points that can improve: (*) Breakfast is complete, but whatever happened to the great German 'brotchen', those were mediocre. (*) Allowing business meetings in the breakfast area during breakfast time does not really add to the holiday atmosphere for other guests. (*) The sauna did not reach sauna temperatures.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the train station and an easy walking distance from the city center. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very functional. I loved the decor and the temperature was perfect inside. Breakfast was great and the staff was amazing, ready to accommodate any request. I would recommend it and definitely stay here again when I come back to Münster.

-The room price is a bit high -One bottle of water in the room every day but always sparkle water (not still!) -They forgot to clean my room though no sign for "do not disturb" was NOT on the door! - There was no small table for us to eat in the room - morning light (sunlight) behind the curtain sneaks into the room from the right and the left side edge of the curtain is annoying if you want to sleep a bit longer in the morning.

the bedding is a little itchy for my taste, i didn’t love that there is music everywhere (lobby corridors gym spa area - everywhere the same music, that i also really did not like)

Nicely decorated and very light room full of windows! Very open atmosphere. Breakfast was simply fabulous! Location is very convenient both for visiting the old town and water side.

Mattress was too soft (or worn) to be comfortable. Weird bathroom setup: the toilet gets wet when you take a shower. Would have expected the bathroom layout and beds to be a bit more comfortable given the high price level.

The hotel’s location is perfect to explore the old town and lake.It is also a short distance from the central train station. We loved the size of the room. It was nice to be able to open a window although the noice from the busy street woke us up when the window was open. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location on the edge of the Old Town with a big public car park alongside in addition to the hotel's parking garage. All staff were very friendly and informative , the room was comfortable and the generous breakfast buffet was good.

It wasn't possible to turn off the air conditioning in the room - but the fault may lie with us!
