Hotel room was clean and generally comfortable. Breakfast was EXCELLENT, and the breakfast host was friendly and attentive. Front desk was also very friendly. The location was all right. Close to the train station.

Our hotel room faced the train tracks, which wasn't a big deal. However, on Friday night and well into Saturday morning at 7 am, you could hear music from the nearby nightclub or disco. Since there is no air-conditioning, it was not easy to keep the windows shut all night. So, with the windows open, you could hear the music blaring from 9 pm well into 7 or 8 am.

The staff was amazing. Got there early for check-in. They were very accommodating, even serving coffee in the lounge. Katie gave directions to the Messe, where Cavaluna was taking place, as this was my overall goal. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train, the harbour and the Messe Centre. Room and Bed were comfortable. Enjoyable stay.

There is an elevator, but there are steps to get to it. Maybe a ramp on the side would make luggage easier.

Poor first impression due to scaffolding on building and entrance doorway very basic. However the reception was clean and pleasant, the receptionist was very helpful and helped change our first impression of the hotel. The room could not be faulted. I think this hotel was a great find.

Our room was ready when we arrived and we were allowed to checkin 3o minutes early. The hotel is familiar with the Münsterland Giro and made accommodations for it, including secure bike parking in the conference room, serving breakfast earlier than usual, and providing luggage storage and showers after checkout. The staff working in the breakfast room were especially friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. A locked garage is available for touring and eBike storage. Even though the train tracks were not far away, we were not bothered by noise outside and slept well.

Reception staff was very friendly and accomodating! The room (to the back, towards the train tracks) was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. I found everything clean and the bed quite good for a hotel bed (as in not too soft). The lounge area with a small bar looked welcoming and inviting.

Wifi in the room, the last one on the aisle, did not quite reach the bed.

Easy enough to find, walking distance to the harbor, grocery store, bakeries.

The room is very small, but otherwise nice. No AC but it’s probably rarely needed. I was comfortable with the provided fan.

Close to downtown and railwaystation. Around 5 minutes walk. Perfect when you walk home after dinner party. Quiet area.

Very easy to find and not too far to carry our bags. Free coffee available in dining room.
