The staff were very kind. My suitcase was lost in transit and they were very helpful, furnishing me with a free toothbrush and lending me an electrical conversion socket. They were always friendly and helpful.

The coffee was very poor and I like to have the choice of eggs anyway you like them cooked fresh. The pre-cooked scrambled egg is usually fairly awful and the overcooked hard boiled eggs are equally poor. I think a hotel should offer eggs of your choice and an omelette if you want one. That would be a definite improvement. Filter coffee would have been an improvement.

Very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right beside park and lake so great for runners

I sleep with the window open so was woken several times by smokers from the hotel restaurant. It's fine to have a bar but if the customers go on the street to smoke and then wake up other guests it's a bit pants. Why not make a smoking area on the carpark side and direct customers there. Having said that the shouting match between two drunk people and a lady a floor above me was funny.

Attractive and welcoming, just out of the centre but well located for major sights, and for walking to the Aasee for a breath of air. Well furbished and fitted so a room that wasn't huge felt perfectly spacious.

I had booked a double room and got a twin with beds pushed together (but sliding apart rather easily). No wardrobe and the hanging space is over the kettle, which was an odd choice practically. But a small thing!

Liked the room, clean , comfortable and airy. Great location very friendly and helpful staff especially as we don't speak German. Could have tea/ coffee in room. Parking very tight for large cars/ SUV,s. There is public car park a short walk away .Great breakfast selection. If ever back in Munster would definitely stay here.

Wonderful breakfast, large room and bathroom, with good storage space. Internet was good even on 3rd floor. The location great with several Option for public Transport in walking distance. However, housed parking was very much aporeciated by colleagues travelling by car . The stuff in the restaurant / breakfast room as well as in the reception totally helpful and kind, always available... and very understanding and kind when I asked for a 15-30 min delayed check-out (strike of public transport and would not make it back from my meeting to hotel on time). Thank you! I also find it nice that they offer either every day or only on-demand room cleaning for environmental and energy-saving reasons.

The very commonly used in hotels all-in-one Shampoo, hand and body wash... A separate Shampoo would be nice... But just a minor comment... ☺️

It was a peaceful hotel in an extremely quiet area. Having its own parking at an average price was a big convenience. Münster isn’t a very large area, so it was also close to the center. The room was clean and secure.

It's not a major issue, but the shower door tends to make everything wet when it opens.

The location, the parking and the room is great, very clean too!

What we didn't like is the air ventilation system in our hotelroom. The room is really not that big and its quite hot inside, even we shut off the warm air system. There is no option between airco, normal ventilation of warm air, just the last option. So we had to open the window during the day and at night in order to have so fresh air in the room. The point is that at some moments it was quite noisy, because of the people on the street laughing and yelling after midnight and in the early morning.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean.

We originally booked a business double room, but this was really small and cramped. There were no cupboards, only one bedside table, and not enough room to get past one another. We ended up upgrading into a large suite, and this was really spacious. The lady on reception was very helpful in finding us this larger room.

This was a hotel with a great location close to the historic town center. It had an underground garage for cars, with a lift direct into the hotel. The room was spacious, and it was possible to arrange for a good sleeping temperature. Great German breakfast!

There could have been better information about the parking arrangements. We had to park our car far away in order to chack-in, as we were not informed about where to place our car.

Room was business double reasonable size for couple of nights with light luggage. Friendly staff, we did not take breakfast option and parking was available at daily charge. Location is perfect, walking distance from centre.

The bed mattress was quite hard and pillows were not so great.
