The hotel has been refurbished the room was excellent and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was superb with an amazing variety of food available. Location of the property was really good and made it easy to spend time in this beautiful city.

The television program had 10 English speaking stations listed but we were unable to select any of them and reception could not help. The air conditioning was working but not to full capacity. Our room was not serviced during the next day, apparently the night manager that checked us in should have given us an option for service or to forgo this for the environment and a tree would be planted for us, but he failed to do so. The manager on checkout was very apologetic and compensated by not charging for mini bar and one day's breakfast.

A very nice hotel, central, comfortable, and handy for getting around Munster. Nice bathroom, too. There was a bit of a heatwave on when I was there, and the aircon proved its value in keeping my room cool. Breakfast was a large and varied affair, with a wall of Brötchen which was second to none.

Probably not the hotel's fault exactly, but the Energiewende means that the sauna is not on, and the there is a whole palaver about having to book in a slot ahead of time. Not exactly conducive to spontaneity or a relaxed schedule. Sigh.

The staff were very kind. My suitcase was lost in transit and they were very helpful, furnishing me with a free toothbrush and lending me an electrical conversion socket. They were always friendly and helpful.

The coffee was very poor and I like to have the choice of eggs anyway you like them cooked fresh. The pre-cooked scrambled egg is usually fairly awful and the overcooked hard boiled eggs are equally poor. I think a hotel should offer eggs of your choice and an omelette if you want one. That would be a definite improvement. Filter coffee would have been an improvement.

Very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right beside park and lake so great for runners

I sleep with the window open so was woken several times by smokers from the hotel restaurant. It's fine to have a bar but if the customers go on the street to smoke and then wake up other guests it's a bit pants. Why not make a smoking area on the carpark side and direct customers there. Having said that the shouting match between two drunk people and a lady a floor above me was funny.

The room was lovely and contained everything we needed. Friendly welcome and centrally located.

Only downside, there were constant chatter in front of our window. When I mentioned it to the receptionist she only said, that is where our ashtrays are placed and they wont / cant move them. I suggested to move them round to the parking garage's entry but it was put off with a comment. Breakfast was overpriced with EUR 23 per Person and so we did not eat it in the Hotel

Everything! Super location, super breakfast, room was great!

Parking garage is one of the hardest to get in and out of. Lots of back & forth to ensure the car wasn't damaged. One can tell by the markings on the walls that many cars did not make it out of the garage unscathed. Probalby not much the hotel can do about it but beware if you have a car that is not mid-size or smaller. SUVs and Combis will have major problems!

Attractive and welcoming, just out of the centre but well located for major sights, and for walking to the Aasee for a breath of air. Well furbished and fitted so a room that wasn't huge felt perfectly spacious.

I had booked a double room and got a twin with beds pushed together (but sliding apart rather easily). No wardrobe and the hanging space is over the kettle, which was an odd choice practically. But a small thing!

Liked the room, clean , comfortable and airy. Great location very friendly and helpful staff especially as we don't speak German. Could have tea/ coffee in room. Parking very tight for large cars/ SUV,s. There is public car park a short walk away .Great breakfast selection. If ever back in Munster would definitely stay here.

The hotel was modern and clean, the room was also modern and well equipped, coffee and tea possibilities, safe and hairdryer. Parking garage and availability to rent bikes

The fact that we were above the entrance and people coming in late and smoking their sigaretten and talking loud

Excellent location in the heart of Munster old town. Very clean and quiet comfortable room backing on to housing. Comfortable beds and close to several Bäckerei for breakfast. Convenient parking under hotel.

Flat pillows seem to plague us at all hotels in Germany, as do tiny elevators.
