Gentleman at front desk after 2200 the night I arrived was HORRIBLE. I asked if they had a bottle opener to which he replied “you can’t take it to your room” to which I replied “no I just want to open it here”. He said “I don’t understand you. Do you understand me?” I said “yes. I just want to open my bottle”. He rolled his eyes and opened my bottle. I said “I’m sorry have I done something to annoy you?” To which he replied “Drama!” and turned away.

Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable to use, and it was totally accessible for anyone with reduced mobility. The location is just perfect, right next to the station, didn't even have the time to feel the cold going from the station. There are sockets and lights near the bed. It's warm enough, but it's possible to warm up more the floor of the bathroom if you wish. (I didn't need it and it's February). The place to leave luggage inside room (like a low table) is a great idea (to say something that can be improved, it could be a bit bigger to fit all types of luggage)

Not a problem, but a little suggestion would be a kettle, coffee maker or something like that in the room (besides breakfast, that's a nice thing)

The location at the city centre was superb! Despite being located over the train station, inside the hotel it was really quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciate that it's only being cleaned every three days for sustainability reasons. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

I would appreciate a kettle and mug in the room to prepare tea/coffee. The rooms are very small, so you can only spend the night. The desk was also very small, impossible to work in the room. But those are really minor suggestions.

First and foremost, a big show of gratitude to the wonderful staff! You were very helpful and made our stay very pleasant! I loved the fact that the room was dead silent despite being attached to Muenster HBF. Access by card only adds safety to the guests. Also, the free coffee/chocolate in the morning is very appreciated. The entire decor feels modern and minimalist but everything you need is there and more. You get surprised every time you find something like the rooms having a cordless chargers and so on. The toilet cum bath is quite spacious and comfortable with heated floors. The area is quite nice with a beautiful garden in front of the hotel and very easy access to the Muenster city. Finally, they have a great baggage service where your bag is tagged and stored in a secured room and you can pick it up anytime, this really helps when we have to travel somewhere suddenly after checking out. Overall, I will rate this hotel as one of the best I have stayed in Europe. Keep up the good work!

The area can seem a bit rough at weekend night times but it is quite safe and all access is keycard controlled.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of the city, making it easy to get around. Despite its proximity to the station, the hotel/room remains (somewhat) quiet. The breakfast was great for the price (though I found the eggs a bit overcooked and rubbery). The staff member at check-in was very helpful, providing useful information about the on-going construction and drinking water.

You won’t hear the trains, but you might hear your neighbors and their TV.

Trivially close to the train station, so if you're visiting Münster and just need a base to explore from, this is perfect. I had some of the best sleep this month here, partly because the AC was pretty good, the bed and pillows comfy. Large enough shower cabin with solid hot water pressure, a pleasure to use. There's breakfast available - I haven't tried it but it looked good. And there's coffee machines that produce pretty decent cappuccino. There's also a bar at reception that's open late and serves good drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had the design room, which was quite an interesting one - lots of angles and colors. I would definitely come back.

Slight sketchiness around the area, but not enough to be an issue, and sort of expected for being so close to a train station.

Very nice and comfortable hotel right next to the main train station. Beautifully thought out architectural design of the soundproof wall that did not shade the view of the trains but provided perfect silence. Cheerful colour scheme of the room, everything spotlessly clean, amenities matched expectations. Good price, tasty rich breakfast, friendly staff.

Would have appreciated a kettle in the room, we are tea drinkers and an evening sip on a good night would have been very nice.

Good service, good bar with as I was told unlimited opening times. I also liked the level of English spoken when I ran out of skills when speaking German. (Im Dutch) Didnt stay for very long (1 night) but when I returned after seeing the town me and my girlfriend had an excellent sleep in a very comfy 2 person bed (not two linked together like you sometimes get)

The only thing that I could say is that the fact that the glass behind the mirror lets through light is a bit of a bother when you go to the restroom in the middle of the night and your spouse is still asleep.

Minimalist in design and space but superbly designed to meet all comfort needs and basic requirements. No wastage of superfluous room items or space. Real filter coffee available 24/7 in the dining hall instead of artificial powder coffee in the rooms. Excellent location for exploring Munster city centre and accessing basic store in the station vicinity. Room was quiet and private despite being adjacent to the railway station.

No dislikes.

Really clean and nice looking rooms. With friendly staff and just right next to the train station. Which was perfect for me. Also you couldn’t hear the trains. So that was great.

The weekend I stayed there they didn’t have drinkable water out of the faucets. They to be fair did provide bottled water. But that was the only downside of it all.
