Price and decor

The entire experience from check in, room accommodation, making me feel welcome and the noticeable team work from the entire team. Highly recommend long or short stay.

The Hotel is super clean, but I did find "hand marks" on the doors and windows" I addressed to Michaela at the front desk which took the time to personally check that and move me to another room. Met the Housekeeper Supervisor "Ira" what an amazing lady running a fantastic team. Other outstanding team members were Jeremy, Martina, Lilla.

This place is just plain awesome! My room was small but felt way more usable than considerably larger rooms in other hotels, thanks to the very well thought-out arrangement and exceptional functionality of the furniture. I totally loved the instant cozy feeling that the room gave me. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I particularly liked that they give you a voucher for a free drink at the bar for each day you skip the room cleaning service. Speaking of the bar, it's a great place to meet people and I had a terrific time there. The audience was very international. As an English-speaker I felt immediately at home there. This hotel made it straight to the pole position on my list of places where to stay in Frankfurt.

A nice hotel overall. Clean, and quiet, the location is good too.

We’ve been there for a week during the Eurobike, and it was a complete mess. Our bookings were lost, and we ended up paying 30% more despite booking half a year in advance. If we had just booked the same day, we would have easily saved 500 Euros at least. Not fair at all, considering we booked deluxe rooms but stayed in tiny ones.

The location Is near the airport. The design of the hotel, room and atmosphere were great. The receptionists could speak English very well. The best thing was the room was covered with carpet which was so comfortable. The breakfast was very good

The bed was not comfortable and a little firm,also the blanket was not good. The light wasn't enough

The property was very clean and the staff was very polite. The rooms were absolutely ok and quiet, We stayed there to get the flight at 6:00 am at the Airport and for the price it was amazing.

The parking spots are really tight ;-)

Everything was so great and easy, the room was also very pretty. The personnel were very friendly. Definitely a 10 out of 10 stay! Oh and on a random note; the showergel that was provided had the best smell ever, I would have bought 10 if buying was an option haha! I would 100% come back to this hotel. 😊

Very new, fashion clean and comfortable , price fair the best was de breakfast excellent. The best being in Germany 4 nights, also the bus transportation between airport to hotel is very easy. Look for BUS 58 and down in Mergenthalerallee, Eschborn from Flughafen Terminal 1, Frankfurt а.М. You walk 4 minutes to the hotel , total time 45 minutes

Nice hotel just by the airport. We had a dog and a car, so there was a parking outside for an extra fee and we could bring the dog with us which was great. Overall nice hotel, the rooms are bit small.

The doors to the room are SO heavy, it's difficult to open them... not sure how fire safe that is.

The staff was extremely helpful, and tried to make my boy, that is in development of becoming a tennis pro a wonderful stay. The service provided from the Lady with the first name Martina or Mariana at the reception was exceptional.

Overall very good!
